This is a great place for large groups, though it’s a bit limited with just one bathroom. We were a group of 10, and managed just fine. The vicinity is superb and really helps you disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

Great Location. The train shakes the upstairs a bit but we had no problem sleeping through it and it didn't bother us much during the day.

Jerry's place at Suginami was very spacious, extremely clean and has been maintained very well! Jerry was very easy to communicate with and responded to any requests promptly. We would highly recommend Jerry's place for anyone visiting Tokyo!

Yoshi provided an amazing stay for my trip where it felt right at home. All the amenities were great and neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Not to far from the station with outstanding local restaurants.

Jim's place, and more importantly, Jim, are wonderful. The upstairs is open and gets great light throughout most of the day. The wood surrounds you so it has a warm cozy vibe. There are two wall mounted AC/Heating units upstairs and one in the room downstairs. The shower is one of my all time favorites because of the pressure and perfect temperature control. The kitchen is a little sparse, but if you're not cooking anything complicated it will be perfect for most meals. The mattress was a little too thin for me, but after mentioning it to Jim he told me he will upgrade those, so you will likely have more comfortable bedding. The area is great. Very quiet and within walking distance of Tsutsujigakoa Station, which has Rapid, Sub-Express, and Local trains to Shinjuku every 10 minutes or so. From Shinjuku you can access all the rest of Tokyo pretty easily. There are markets and restaurants nearby as well. All in all, a great place to stay.

We are a family of 4 and this was a great place for us to stay. Excellent location, with convenience stores very close by and we could walk into Shinjuku easily. The apartment had everything we needed for a 6-night stay and the hosts were absolutely brilliant at communicating about everything. We would definitely recommend.

Hongs place was great. The ability to stretch out after cramped hotels was great. 6 minute walk to Wasada station. 15 minutes to Shinjuku from there. A number of restaurants and Cafe close by.

This home is squeaky clean. Spotless! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was organized. This will h eny go to place in Tokyo.Highly recommended. It was a great experience. Thank you for having us.

We had an amazing stay at Emiko's place (our second stay - we stayed for 3 months in 22/23 - and it was just as good as we remembered). Emiko is always helpful and friendly and goes out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable and happy. The location is great - nearby supermarket, conbini next door, a beautiful local walk along the river (where you can sometimes see Mt Fuji), lots of local shops and things to do. A very easy train into Tokyo, but also a lovely, quiet, family area to come back to at the end of the day! The accommodation has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We were working while we were here - it's very comfortable with lots of space and very very good high speed Internet!

Fabulous place. So much space, a big kitchen that has a fridge/freezer, dining area, big TV, big washroom, comfortable couch, very comfortable bed, and a huge patio! Also 2 patio doors, so easy to get fresh air! We loved the cotton towels (all our other locations in Japan had microfiber towels). Great water pressure in the shower too. The home seems brand new and was very, very nicely finished. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby, super close to the subway, and walkable to many interesting places. Our hosts were very responsive and helped me figure out our taxi dropped us off at the wrong location (despite me copying the address into the rides hare app). We would absolutely stay here again. One of the nicest Airbnb places we've ever stayed at.

Top Lage! Schöne Ecke von Shibuya mit guten Restaurants , Geschäften und einem kleinen Shinto-Schrein. Schnell am Bahnhof und am Shibuya Crossing und Hachiko. Das Bad ist klein, aber sauber. Empfehlenswert!

Hitomi took amazing care of me and my daughter while we were her guests! She sent us a detailed list of recommendations for the neighborhood including kid-friendly highlights. When my daughter needed to go to the doctor, she sent a list of clinics. She also helped me ship some luggage to make my train trip easier. She was an incredible host, always going above and beyond. Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Incredible host with perfect apartment for our 10 day stay in Shinjuku. Communication was amazing as was instructions/suggestions. There was heaps of room within the apartment for all our luggage and shopping. Toilet/bathroom was fantastic as was the amenities . Location was really good, walking distance to all the action and also train station I will be back here during my next stay. Thanks again, Steven and Harley from Australia.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

A great place to stay. The location is close enough to everything you’ll want to do in Tokyo but in a great corner away from the craziness of the main area of the district.

This is an excellent option for exploring the Shinjuku and Shibuya areas. It's an easy walk from Shin-Okubo train station, and is in the heart of Korea Town - so surrounded by great restaurants. A taxi to Shinjuku was cheap and easy, or you can take JR or a subway. The directions on Google maps was perfect, and the host was very helpful and an excellent communicator.
