It was very much than expected: the location is unique in San Quirico with a real loggia where we could see the procession of Holy Friday underneath. As well you can enjoy the sunrise and last but not least there were a lot of surprises that Claudia prepared for us, that I will not tell you now because is better you discover by yourself. There is not a place like this in all San Quirico val d’Orcia! Everything was excellent!

We had a wonderful stay here! Giancarlo’s space is clean, well kept, and absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We enjoyed walks around the estate and a wonderful wine tasting; while hearing about the property we were staying on. It’s a short drive to Montalcino which has great restraints, cafes, and local shopping. We would absolutely stay here again!

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf in Borgo Sicelle. Franco en zijn vrouw zijn zeer gastvrije mensen! De kamer was net en voldeed aan de verwachtingen. De omgeving en het domein waren tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Een mooi zwembad met prachtig zicht op de streek. Tijdens ons verblijf in april, zwommen we niet, maar anderen waagden wel een duik in het water. We zouden deze accommodatie zeker aanraden!

La casa di Sasso è uno spazio meraviglioso immerso nel verde di una collina con vista sulla città di Arezzo, con alle spalle e tutto intorno il bosco, le vigne e gli ulivi. La casa è molto grande ed accogliente, ideale per soggiornare in più famiglie, come abbiamo fatto noi, ma suddivisa in maniera perfetta anche per chi preferisce avere spazi propri, sia all'interno che all'esterno. Arredata con il gusto tipico della campagna toscana, rustico ma allo stesso tempo funzionale sotto tutti i punti di vista. Riccardo è un host molto simpatico e disponibile. Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni davvero piacevoli e rilassanti, torneremo sicuramente.

El departamento de Nicolo es tal cual la descripción. Pasamos una noche ahi y todo estuvo bien. A menos de 50m tiene un restaurante excelente "La Torretta". Muy recomendable! Buen lugar para descansar en tu viaja por La Toscana.

Giovannis Wohnraum ist wirklich etwas sehr Besonderes. Wenn man in vergangene Zeiten eintauchen möchte, wird man sich hier wunderbar aufgehoben fühlen. Wir haben es sehr genossen und uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank, dass wir da sein durften!

Veronica’s place, Panzano and the surrounding area are all fantastic!!!! Definitely a highlight of our European vacation. The apartment was extremely nice and comfortable with an outstanding view!!! Would rate higher than 5 if I could! Veronica was so helpful with wine tasting recommendations and any questions we had. I highly recommend anyone looking to explore a special area of Chianti while in Italy to stay here.

Appartamento comodissimo, in cento a Bagno Vignoni. Le indicazioni fornite per l'arrivo, nonché dove parcheggiare, dove mangiare e le info utili sul soggiorno sono state molto comode. L'appartamento è molto grande, accogliente e ben curato. Torneremo sicuramente :)

Patrizia è molto disponibile, precisa nelle indicazioni e rapidissima nel darti le risposte. Mi ha colto in maniera amichevole e devo dire è stata super gentile anche nei confronti della mia Luna, il mio Weimaraner. Mi ha consigliato anche degli spazi stupendi per poterla portare fuori la mattina presto. La casa è molto carina, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. L’entusiasmo di essere come a casa, il mio cane appena rientrato dal giro mattutino si è lanciata sul letto imbrattando le lenzuola per le quali mi sono subito scusato con Patrizia. Consiglio sia la location che l’Host per progettare una vacanza nei dintorni che sono meravigliosi

I highly recommend staying at this place. The host responds to messages very quickly. On site, we met the owner's brother, who was very friendly and helpful. If you have a car, it's a great location, as you can reach Siena, San Gimignano, and other Tuscan towns within 35 minutes. On hot days, guests can enjoy a beautifully located swimming pool.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

Geweldige plek tussen de bloemen, bomen, dieren, en lieve familie die lekkere salade, pasta en taartjes bracht. Superfijne plek en heel fijne ontvangst. Zeker de moeite waard. Heel nu ewl dank!

Our time at Silvia's was awesome! Clean, beautiful, and quiet, but with pleasant neighbors. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Siena!

Wir hatten als neunköpfige Familiengruppe eine wunderbare Zeit in Guidos Haus. Die Lage ist traumhaft: inmitten eines Naturreservats mit Vogelgezwitscher und ganz privat. Es gibt so viele schöne Orte in nächster Nähe zu besuchen und Guido hat uns von Anfang an mit tollen Empfehlungen versorgt. Überhaupt ist Guido ein großartiger Gastgeber: freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und absolut zuverlässig. Der Kontakt war für uns alle ein Vergnügen. Vielen Dank für alles!

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Ideal place for someone who choose silence and calmness. Dreamed place for someone like us who set big price for nature/being able to reset mind and totally chillout. Area is situated far from the road and there is only a sound and smell of nature. Thats how we imagined Toscany - winery, cyprysses, wild environment and all far from loud city. Swimming pool was extra addiction which helped with high temperatures and also added prestige to the object. Access to activities/sightseeing around is very suitable - you have more than 8 different places to visit which takes almost whole day each. This object beaten up our expectations - it’s so so impressive - we will definitely come back. PS. We were with our 16months old daughter - she was happier than we could imagine. Totally recommend, Szymon and Justyna.

Ottima l'accoglienza. Ringrazio per la disponibilità nel venirci incontro a seguito di un problema personale che ha causato un cambio nella prenotazione ( cosa nn scontata). L'appartamento é comodo al centro, situato in una zona molto silenziosa. E' fornito di tutti gli elettrodomestici per la cucina e la pulizia. Grande vantaggio il posto auto garantito. Ambiente interno confortevole e corrispondente alle foto e descrizione. Esperienza molto positiva.

Carlo é stato molto gentile nonostante l’arrivo molto tardi. L’alloggio é molto vicino al centro congressi e quindi molto comodo per chi deve recarsi lì.

There are no better views in Siena as this is possibly the highest flat in the city. Windows on three sides with fantastic scenery out of each. The flat has everything needed for a longer stay. The walk up to the door and the stairs inside could be difficult for some. Good water pressure and fine heat. Come for the views, stay for the life in medieval Tuscany.

Mariella meet us at the house at the agreed upon time, and showed us everything we needed to know about the house. The house was more gorgeous than the photos showed. It was a privilege to stay there. You can tell that an artist owns this home by how beautifully she decorated it. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils . There was a well stocked grocery store and pharmacy a short walk away. We tried two excellent restaurants in town and had drinks at the friendly town bar right outside the medieval gate. The town of Montefollonico is close to other hill towns and a lovely thermal hot springs. The town is one of the most beautiful hill towns that we've seen anywhere. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

La casa è molto accogliente, la host ci ha mandato moltissime informazioni per le cose da visitare, ristoranti e bar. Avendo comprato alcune cose da mangiare, ho chiesto se ci fosse una scopa per togliere le briciole, non c’era nella casa, ma in 5 minuti mi è stata portata. La casa è lungo una strada abbastanza trafficata, avevo paura ci fosse rumore e invece gli infissi sono ottimi e non si sente nulla. La casa è veramente molto bella e curata Ottima esperienza

We stayes for a week at Alessandro's place and we loved it. We will be back. The location, the cozyness, the fact that Alessandro was always available, the beautiful surroundings...we are already missing everything as we are back to our normal life. We definitely recommend this place. Keep in mind that insects might be around, you are in the middle of the nature, but if you nees anything, Alessandro will be there to help.

Molto bella la location , essenziale ma funzionale. Gran comodità avere la possibilità di utilizzare il ristorante (previa prenotazione). Spunti di miglioramento, maggior attrezzatura in cucina(mancavano posate , apribottiglie, nulla di non recuperabile dopo segnalazione), i cuscini del letto abbastanza scomodi. Torneremo volentieri
