We had a truly wonderful stay at Marco’s Villa. The house has excellent accommodation and is extremely well appointed. Situated within a few minutes drive of central Balestrate and all the amenities it has to offer (supermarket, butchery, pharmacy, restaurants), it is an ideal location with easy access to all the key tourist spots. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living element of the property, making use of the swimming pool, hot tub, bbq and pizza oven with al fresco dining and relaxing. Giuseppa was a superb host; very welcoming, charming and helpful. We can highly recommend Marco’s property.

L’esperienza nella villa di Gianluca è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Immersa in un'oasi di quiete, la villa offre una tranquillità senza pari, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La piscina, perfettamente curata, è il vero cuore della casa: trascorrere le giornate a bordo vasca con una splendida vista sul mare è stato rigenerante. Il panorama è mozzafiato, con il mare che si estende all'orizzonte, offrendo spettacoli incredibili soprattutto al tramonto. Di notte, il cielo stellato è stato la ciliegina sulla torta. La mancanza di inquinamento luminoso ha reso possibile ammirare una volta celeste punteggiata da stelle, creando un'atmosfera magica e romantica. In sintesi, questa villa è perfetta per chi cerca un rifugio elegante e rilassante, dove il mare, la natura e la pace si incontrano in un perfetto equilibrio. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

A stunning property, very much deserving of its 5-star reviews. We could not have felt more at home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owners. The villa is furnished to a high standard, is well locked after and spotlessly clean and the outside space..WOW! Erika, the property manager is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on a Sunday to fix a small issue with the internet which we were most grateful for. We would highly recommend this property. Due to the rural location, you will definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant recommended to us which was a short walk away appears to have closed down, unclear if this is permanent or seasonal (we visited mid-September).

We hebben enorm genoten van het huis, de prachtige tuin en natuurlijk het zwembad. Het Italiaanse weer was een fijn cadeau voor ons in april. De eigenaren zijn buitengewoon vriendelijk. Alles was zoals beschreven in de advertentie. Ik zou het iedereen aanbevelen. Extra tip: Wij hebben met een motorbootje gevaren via Makari Bootverhuur in Castellamare del Golfo. Heel gaaf om te doen. Nogmaals bedankt voor alles! Arrivederci!

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

Michele ci ha raccolto bene e ci ha dato delle informationi utilli per la citta. Lui ci ha dato subito una mano ad risolvere ogni problema . Le ferie nella sua casa erano rillasati e molto belle. Noi speriamo che ci ospita ancora se ci troviamo in zona. 5 Stelle per tutto il Stardust Home.

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

I have been using Airbnb for many, many years. This stay was by far, the absolute best on many levels. The hosts greeted us personally, (very rare) and were so personable and accommodating. The home was absolutely spotless. The hosts brought sweets us local sweets and a ride into town to retrieve our noleggio. The view of the sea is second to none! I wish we were staying longer. Thank you!!!

A charming retreate getway from busy city life. If I were a writer I would most likely create a master peace whilst staying at Villa Sperling. The accommodation is a great getaway with a magnificent view from the terrace of Santa Flavia and Sicily and is only 17 kilometres east of the capital Palermo. Note you will need a car to get you around. The garden is wonderful idyllic and peacfull with fresh fruits, Oranges, Lemons and Grapefruit. Overall we had a wonderful stay whilst cooking Sicilian food speciality’s with accompanying wines from the region. If I were to add a negative connotation it would be that the coffee stove top moka coffee pot was to small. The kitchen could benafit from a coffee machine, apart from this the flat is very well equipped and has all the creature comforts of home.

La villa Andrea de Capaci s'est avérée parfaite pour notre groupe de 8. Les photos sont conforme à la description Nous n'avons pas utilisé le jaccuzzi extérieur car non chauffé mais nous avons bien profité du sauna qui fonctionne très bien La plage est tout près et il y a de nombreuses visites à faire aux alentours Je recommande

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Marilena e Francesco et nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Ils ont été très discrets tout en restant disponibles si nous en avions besoin et flexibles sur notre heure d’arrivée et de départ. L’appartement est très bien équipé, vous y trouverez tout ce que vous avez besoin. La plage est accessible à pied en 10-15min. Nous ne savions pas exactement où nous arrivions, mais nous avons été très agréablement surpris par Mondello qui est proche de Palerme et beaucoup plus calme. À savoir qu’il y a quelques chiens dans le quartier. On recommande!

Carlo and Laura’s place is one of the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed. Apartment is well equipped with everything one needs at home and on the beach. One feels like at home, it’s very cosy. There is a beautiful view from their terrace. Apartment is located in a few meters from the sandy beach with crystal clear water. There are many bars and restaurants and groceries close by. And the city center is easily accessible by bus which stops close to the apartment. Communication with Carlo was easy and pleasant. Thank you Carlo and Laura for hosting us!

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

Het verblijf bij Dario, was ons laatste appartement op Sicilië. De ligging is perfect om Palermo, Monreale en Mondello beach te bezoeken. Het appartement is nieuw en heerlijk groot. Wij waren met z’n tweeën, maar er zijn twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers dus heel geschikt voor vier personen. Naast dat het appartement prachtig is, is het belangrijkste om te vertellen: de enorme gastvrijheid van Dario en zijn vrouw. Bij aankomst stonden er brioche voor ons klaar, halverwege kregen we nog een lekkere wijn van de regio en bij ons afscheid heerlijke broodjes voor het ontbijt….. en het gaat niet eens om wat we kregen, het gaat nog veel meer over de vriendelijkheid en de bereidheid om te helpen, tips en adviezen te geven. Dario was GEWELDIG en voelde vertrouwd als waren we vrienden. Ik kan nog veel meer moois en goeds schrijven, bv over hoe netjes en schoon en nieuw het was… maar ik zou zeggen: ervaar het zelf. La casa ci è piaciuta tantissimo per la posizione, tranquilla e silenziosa, con un giardino grande e ben curato, dove abbiamo fatto colazione tutte le mattine sotto la veranda. La pulizia è stata impeccabile. Segnaliamo la particolarità del bagno, che scoprirete solo se sarete ospiti dell’appartamento. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l’ospitalità del sig. Vito e della sig.ra Enza, che ci hanno accolto con una buonissima torta alle noci, e che hanno messo a nostra disposizione tutto il necessario per la colazione, anche per i giorni successivi. Il sig. Vito è stato sempre estremamente disponibile e ci ha dato moltissimi suggerimenti per le nostre vacanze. Grazie mille ai nostri padroni di casa!

la maison est extrêmement jolie et bien décorée, dans un quartier très tranquille où les rues sentent bon le jasmin et les oranges. a moins de 15 minutes de la plage à pied, nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous! merci aussi pour la gentillesse de nos hôtes et leur réactivité

Beautiful hosts who were so helpful. The villa was beautiful and felt so authentically Sicilian. Very comfortable, roomy and clean. Decorated beautifully with gorgeous art everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s place. Definitely need a car, but it was a great home base for touring there area. House was very clean and a good size for our family of 5. We loved the garden area! There is not much to do in the immediate area, but a 15-30 min drive can offer all you need. My only critique is the pillows were not comfortable.

The house was new and very clean and tidy and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and all the rooms had mosquito netting. Tizana and her husband were there to greet us which was really great. the description was correct the only minus was the beach. We would certainly stay here again.

Such a wonderful stay in Santa Flavia! The perfect place to be if you want to not only relax, but also visiting places along the coast like Cefalu and Palermo. The creek behind the accommodation splendid. So much seafood in the area, and a fantastic restaurant only 5 minutes from the accommodation. Filippa, a lovely, generous lady who hosted the accommodation, was both very informative and extremely helpful. We highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you Filippa!

Het verblijf in het appartement van Claudio en Giuliana was geweldig. Het huis is in een rustig straatje, maar vlakbij de levendigheid van Piazza Magione en bijna alles is op loopafstand. Het heeft de luxe van een prachtig dakterras, en een buitenkeuken! Er zijn twee prima slaapkamers en de woonkamer is klein maar fijn. Het is fijn dat er verschillende mogelijkheden zijn in het huis: de woonkamer is koel en donker voor op warme dagen, en het dakterras is heerlijk voor als de zon niet te heet is. Kortom: een aanrader!

Silvia was an excellent host. She was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat, early entry and quick to respond. Silvia gave very detailed description of everything we needed before we arrived. We could not have any asked for a better host!
