Sehr schönes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Super geeignet für Familien mit Kindern jeden Alters. Das absolute Highlight ist der große und schön gestaltete Garten mit gemütlicher Terrasse. In der direkten Umgebung des Hauses lässt sich leider nicht wirklich etwas unternehmen, aber mit einem Auto ist man schnell an unterschiedlichen tollen Orten! Ohne Auto kommt man allerdings nur sehr schwierig zum Haus! Das sollte man unbedingt berücksichtigen. Das Beste an Allem: Viviana und Federico! Sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit, immer schnell erreichbar und trotzdem diskret. Die haben uns auch mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. versorgt. Vielen Dank!! 🙏☺️

L’esperienza nella villa di Gianluca è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Immersa in un'oasi di quiete, la villa offre una tranquillità senza pari, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La piscina, perfettamente curata, è il vero cuore della casa: trascorrere le giornate a bordo vasca con una splendida vista sul mare è stato rigenerante. Il panorama è mozzafiato, con il mare che si estende all'orizzonte, offrendo spettacoli incredibili soprattutto al tramonto. Di notte, il cielo stellato è stato la ciliegina sulla torta. La mancanza di inquinamento luminoso ha reso possibile ammirare una volta celeste punteggiata da stelle, creando un'atmosfera magica e romantica. In sintesi, questa villa è perfetta per chi cerca un rifugio elegante e rilassante, dove il mare, la natura e la pace si incontrano in un perfetto equilibrio. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

A stunning property, very much deserving of its 5-star reviews. We could not have felt more at home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owners. The villa is furnished to a high standard, is well locked after and spotlessly clean and the outside space..WOW! Erika, the property manager is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on a Sunday to fix a small issue with the internet which we were most grateful for. We would highly recommend this property. Due to the rural location, you will definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant recommended to us which was a short walk away appears to have closed down, unclear if this is permanent or seasonal (we visited mid-September).

Beautiful hosts who were so helpful. The villa was beautiful and felt so authentically Sicilian. Very comfortable, roomy and clean. Decorated beautifully with gorgeous art everywhere.

We had a lovely stay in Mondello. The accommodation was perfect for getting buses to Palermo, travelling to sites and for places to eat and drink in the evening.

Great place, certainly designed to enjoy in hotter weather so outside areas can be enjoyed and not put away with the wind as was the case with us! Unfortunately came on a stormy weekend beyond everyones control. Recommend hiring a car if staying with Maia, only 15 min walk from train station but area isn’t particularly pedestrian friendly and trains arent too often/didnt run past 9pm. But none of this the hosts fault, an oversight by myself. Thanks for having us, seeing the ocean from the bedroom was definitely a highlight!

La maison de Claudio est très bien située, proche de la plade de Mondello, et il est facile de se garer. Le jardin est très agréable (1 ou 2 transats aurait été les bienvenus !) et super accueil de la part de Massimo.

Het verblijf bij Dario, was ons laatste appartement op Sicilië. De ligging is perfect om Palermo, Monreale en Mondello beach te bezoeken. Het appartement is nieuw en heerlijk groot. Wij waren met z’n tweeën, maar er zijn twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers dus heel geschikt voor vier personen. Naast dat het appartement prachtig is, is het belangrijkste om te vertellen: de enorme gastvrijheid van Dario en zijn vrouw. Bij aankomst stonden er brioche voor ons klaar, halverwege kregen we nog een lekkere wijn van de regio en bij ons afscheid heerlijke broodjes voor het ontbijt….. en het gaat niet eens om wat we kregen, het gaat nog veel meer over de vriendelijkheid en de bereidheid om te helpen, tips en adviezen te geven. Dario was GEWELDIG en voelde vertrouwd als waren we vrienden. Ik kan nog veel meer moois en goeds schrijven, bv over hoe netjes en schoon en nieuw het was… maar ik zou zeggen: ervaar het zelf. The Adil’s apartment is like on the photos. The two principal rooms are big. One with 3 beds and the other one with 2 beds. The third room don’t have windows and a double bed. The kitchen is small, but enough for preparing a quick lunch or a breakfast. It is really near Central Station, so it’s very easy to arrive by train from the airport. Adil answers you quickly when you have questions and always try to help you.

Sergio is an amazing host and his apartment is beautiful! It's in a great location where you can walk to all the great sites in Palermo. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities. His lovely daughter welcomed us and was so helpful and his son drove us to the airport for our early flight. Truly an amazing stay and a fantastic host.

Très confortable, accueillant, reposant, charmant et paisible. Un endroit chaleureux, décoré avec goût qui change des airbnb impersonnels et aseptisés. Petite terrasse verdoyante qui sent délicieusement le jasmin et le basilic. Possibilité de faire des grillades très appréciable, vue sur les toits dans une petite rue habitée à la fois calme, vivante et centrale. Supérette très utile juste en bas de l’immeuble. Attention, escaliers un peu raide et pas d’ascenseurs donc pas accessible pour toustes. De tous petites choses à améliorer mais rien qui n’est venu entacher notre séjour. Grande gentillesse des propriétaires qui ont régulièrement pris des nouvelles par messages. Nous reviendrons c’est certain.

L’appartement est conforme à la description et nickel ! Nous étions un couple avec un jeune enfant de 3 ans et tout s’est déroulé à merveille. Freddy a été très réactif à chaque sollicitation. Nous recommandons +++ !

Fernando's flat was big and clean. We spent a lovely week there. The location is right in the market area, and free parking is about a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend staying here

Alessandro was a great host. Always very responsive and even came late one evening when we had trouble with the lock. A very spacious flat. It was the only one on the floor so had lots of balconies, windows and light. It is within walking distance of all the sights in Palermo and lots of great restaurants. The flat was comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had a great stay at Mauro's place. We loved the location! There are so many lovely restaurants, bars, and little boutiques nearby, and it felt really lively and fun. Enrico was very helpful and had lots of great suggestions for where to go and what to see. It was nice to be greeted by an actual person and to get his take on how to spend our time in Palermo. We loved it!!

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of four. We found the photos don't do the apartment justice. It was more stunning than expected and in a great location to see Palermo. Luigi was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

Stiamo stati veramente bene a casa Vostra. La villa è veramente confortevole, comoda, spaziosa e molto silenziosa. Adatta a tutte le persone che desiderano trascorrere una vera vacanza all’insegna del relax e del silenzio assoluto. Un bagno per ogni piano consente di essere autonomi e sbrigativi nei ritmi estivi. I proprietari sono stati molto attenti e presenti in tutto, pronti a soddisfare le nostre esigenze, per quel poco che abbiamo richiesto. La piscina meravigliosa, a sfioro vista mare, di nuovissima costruzione. L’invenzione della panca dentro l’acqua ti permette di rilassarti ed ammirare l’infinità bellezza del mare. Eccezionale, fatta veramente bene, con gusto. Ritorneremo sicuramente perché finito il nostro soggiorno Paolo ci ha resi partecipi di un nuovo progetto per la casa. Stava per creare un nuovo angolo per i bambini ed una zona home fitness, con tapirulan, ciclette e attrezzi per fare yoga. Lo consigliamo!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit mooie huis! Het heeft een geweldige tuin, veel ruimte, alle benodigde voorzieningen en meer dan voldoende ruimte voor 8 personen. Riccardo is vriendelijk, geeft duidelijke instructies en is altijd beschikbaar. We hadden een klein probleempje met de elektra en dat was met dank aan onze host in 2 minuten verholpen. Geweldig! In de directe omgeving is weinig te doen maar als je een auto hebt kun je de mooiste uitjes maken binnen 30 minuten rijden. Heel erg aan te bevelen!

Der Außenbereich ist wirklich gigantisch: der Blick, der Pool, die Küche, die Lounge - wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Auch die Möglichkeit, schnell ans Meer runter zu laufen war super. Innen braucht die Unterkunft ein paar kleinere Updates (bspw. Kleiderschrank bzw. Haken um Handtücher und Kleidung aufzuhängen und ein paar Schönheitskorrekturen an den Wänden), aber Marco hat uns beim Check-Out mitgeteilt, dass diese Dinge jetzt über den Winter optimiert werden sollen :)

My family and myself would like to thank Natalia and her family for allowing us the privilege to stay in their lovely home. Natalia was a great host one of the best, always there to assist if required ,she responded almost immediately which was very helpful. Home was great as was Balestrate lovely place with a great beach and fantastic restaurants. Easy to drive from airport and easy to drive and visit a lot of beautiful places in Sicily we cant wait to return. Thanks again Natalia and Franco and family. Ciao.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 piacevoli giorni presso la Villa di Fabrizio e Lavinia. Le comunicazioni sono state sempre precise e tempestive. La struttura ricorda una piccola villa hollywoodiana trapiantata in Sicilia. Progettata e arredata con gusto, la villa e soprattutto la sua piscina permettono di godersi un soggiorno di relax in riservatezza. I due padroni di casa vivono nel piano seminterrato e sono spesso assenti durante il giorno per lavoro. La villa convive fisiologicamente con la piccola fauna della campagna siciliana, ad esempio coi simpatici gechi che entrano la sera a curiosare. Consigliata a chi desidera rilassarsi in un ambiente ampio, pulito, tranquillo, immerso nella natura che sa essere persino sontuoso in alcuni suoi dettagli.

L'appartamento è ampio e confortevole, ottimo per un gruppo come il nostro di 16 persone. Si sta tutti insieme ma ognuno ha la sua camera. Ci sono 5 bagni, essenziali quando si è in molti. La veranda chiusa a pannelli in vetro e circondata dal verde del giardino è un vero gioiello, fare colazione lì ti fa cominciare bene la giornata. Fornito di tutto persino di uno speaker Alexa. Luca ha pensato a tutto, persino a rifornirci di acqua,latte, caffè, biscotti e quant'altro per un ottima colazione per tutti. È stato gradevole e disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione a Mondello, a pochi minuti dal centro di Palermo e vicino ai locali del mare. Tutto perfetto, consigliato anche per soggiorni lunghi. Grazie Luca per l'ospitalità!

The views from the villa were absolutely stunning. We felt right at home and enjoyed making dinner and sitting outside on the patio. Pietro was so welcoming and even drove us to the grocery store so we could stock up on essentials. Would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Palermo to stay here. Private, comfortable, and beautiful. If you are able to rent a car, that is recommended. Note, an international driving permit (IDP) is required and needs to be obtained prior to renting a car.
