Die Villa Amicorum liegt umgeben von Weinreben und Olivenbäumen in einer ruhigen Ortsrandlage von San Pietro mit lockerer Bebauung. Die Anlage besteht aus 2 komplett eingerichtete Häusern für jeweils 4-5 Personen. Die Wohnflächen betragen 2 x 68 m² und können einzeln oder gemeinsam gebucht werden. Es gibt zu jedem Haus zwei Terrassen, Süd/Ost sowie Süd/West. Der angelegte Garten, der von einer Natursteinmauer umgeben ist, hat eine Größe von 2.300 m² hat. Neuer Pool 10x4 !

Lo Chalet ha una terrazza vista mare con tavolino per pranzare/cenare più due lettini prendisole e ombrelloni. Lo chalet dista dal centro della città circa 5 minuti percorrendo a piedi una strada in salita. Dispone anche di parcheggio per un'auto di piccole dimensioni.
