Dopo la mia esperienza negli anni da ospite, ho deciso di aprire la mia struttura, "castello ursino house". Posizione centralissima a 50 metri dal castello ursino e 200 da piazza duomo e dalla fermata dell'alibus di piazza alcala, 2 km dalla stazione e 4 km dall'aeroporto. La mia casa è piena di tutti i comfort, cucina completa,frigo grande, lavatrice e si trova in una posizione eccellente. Casa del Pardo, si trova nel noto palazzo storico "Sammartino del Pardo", una costruzione del XVIII sec , ubicato nella via Garibaldi in uno degli angoli più suggestivi del Duomo di Catania. Dall'appartamento si potrà godere la folcloristica vista della pescheria, p.zza Alonzo Di Benedetto e le cupole della Cattedrale del Duomo. La casa è composta da una moderna cucina ben accessoriata, bagno con ampia doccia, camera da letto con California King mattress. Sito al 3 piano non ascensorato.
