Het verblijf was heel goed verbonden met het openbaar vervoer! Op een halfuurtje stond je in de stad en er was een directe verbinding. Alles heel proper en genoeg ruimte voor met 3!

I was so grateful to be able to check in early in the morning at Pascal's place. The location is really good. It is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Above all, Pascal's service was perfect. Thanks to her, we have happy memories in Paris. Thank you very much.

Wij waren erg enthousiast over Stephanie's apartement. Ja, het is klein, maar wat verwacht je als je midden in de bedrijvigheid van de de "Le Marais" wilt zitten met een normaal budget. Belangrijk voor ons is "schoon" en "rustig" en authentiek is meegenomen en daar voldeed dit apartement volledig aan. De communicatie verliep prima, maar alles was eigenlijk al duidelijk, maar het voelt goed als de host pro-actief vraagt of alles naar wens is. De omgeving is echt heel gunstig. Leuke wijk, op loopafstand de Seine, de Notre Dame en een metro voor de deur. Ondanks dat het een bedrijvige omgeving is, alle rust in het apartement, dus van straat geluid heb je geen last. We hebben vorige keer in het nabijgelegen hotel Emile gezeten, waar het straat geluid best wel storend was. Hier dus niet... Kortom voor ons was dit een erg succesvol verblijf in Parijs en hoop snel weer terug te keren!!!!

Appart Top, conforme aux photos, à nos attentes. Adresse trouvée facilement et accueillis chaleureusement par Herbert au pied de l'immeuble, qui nous a donné pleins d'infos/conseils sur Paris. Long séjour d'1 mois (1 adulte+3 enfants) et aucun regret, appart hyper fonctionnel, il n'y manque rien: salon lumineux, au 20ième étage avec vue dégagée, cuisine toute équipée idéale pour cuisiner (four micro-ondes + un autre à vapeur + four traditionnel, grille-pain, cafetière, théière, grand frigo, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche linge, et tout les ustensiles pour cuisiner), 2 chambres avec chacune 1 grand lit double (très bonne literie) + grande armoire + bureau , salle de bains double vasque + baignoire et un salon/salle à manger agréables pour dîner en famille + se poser (grande TV HD connectée (ex: Netflix) : JO 2024 suivi le soir avec plaisir). Quartier(13e) agréable/safe (fille rentrée tard de nuit seule: ras) Nouveau séjour sur Paris: nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Merci Herbert

Een hele fijne woning met dakterras dat uitkijkt op een binnentuin. Onder het appartement zit een bakker waar je s' ochtends vers brood kan halen voordat je de stad gaat verkennen. Binnen 10 minuten lopen ben je bij de Seine en kan je richting de stad lopen. Een hele mooie wandeling langs het water. Als je niet veel wilt lopen, zijn er een busstation en RER in de buurt. De communicatie met Sofiane was erg fijn, alles was duidelijk en hij was erg flexibel. We werden warm verwelkomd in het appartement toen we aankwamen. Dit appartement is zeker een aanrader om te verblijven.

We had a great stay! Communication was excellent, and the location was amazing for the price. There are plenty of good restaurants and patisseries nearby, and we even walked to the Louvre in about 45 minutes. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, making it super convenient. The place also felt very private and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Appartement bien situé, très propre. Valérie fut arrangeante pour notre arrivée et notre départ. Bon accueil. Facilité d'accès à Paris centre par métro 4 et bus 68. Commerces au bas de l'immeuble. Une suggestion (pour les peu doués comme moi): laisser à disposition un mode d'emploi du four micro-ondes.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Thomas was a great host and very considerate and accommodating. We stayed for a month and were able to utilize the place maybe to its fullest extent, but also keep in mind it's probably not a typical length of stay. Given the length, we did run into a few issues during our stay, but the times that we reached out, Thomas was always very considerate and helpful. The location was pretty decent to get to what we needed it would have been nice to be a little closer to the train station. The place itself is quaint and has its own charm, just set your expectations accordingly and don't expect anything luxurious, and maybe a little outdated compared to stays at a hotel or kind of commercialized AirBnB. If you're a fan of that more casual setting, then this place would fit you well!

bel appartement, bien équipé, spacieux, et d accès sécurisé, avec balcon ensoleillé totalement au calme malgré la présence d’un stade a proximité. Hôte très accueillante. impression d être chez des amis qui nous ont prêté leur appartement, dont nous avons pris soin. nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Elsa e Yannick foram ótimos tanto no arranjo do apartamento, dicas, resolução de problemas, auxílio com meu bebê e comunicação. Recomendo imensamente o apartamento lindo com vista para Sacre coeur, torre Eiffel e zoológico. Muito perto de Vincennes, pra quem quer sair do agito do centro. Muito acessível por inúmeras linhas de metrô, para ir aos museus, monumentos, etc. Bairro tranquilo e com tudo o necessário para uma estadia ótima. Perfeito para famílias com crianças, principalmente. Mas perfeito também para quem quer curtir uma Paris por inteiro como seus moradores. Recomendo fortemente esses hóspedes e esse apartamento. This is a hidden gem. Spacious and comfortable. We felt right at home for our week stay in Paris. The property was stocked and Debby was very communicative if we had any questions about anything. The mall is walking distance from the property so food was easily accessible with plenty of options. Our group loved that the most. Highly recommend and I would stay there again should I find myself back in France.

Très belle appartement avec un garage en lieu sûr. Le centre est facilement accessible en ReR. Les nuits sont calme dans le quartier. L’appartement est bien équipé, un petit supermarché au pied de l immeuble pour vos courses. Nous avons passé deux nuits pour visiter la capitale et par la suite une nuit dans un hôtel de Disneyland Paris, à refaire j’ y rajouterai une nuit à l appartement pour y rejoindre le parc à 40 min.

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Fantastic space. Quaint and quiet. A perfect spot to relax in after the business of our days at Olympic events. Spacious. ACs in the bedrooms were a BLESSING during the hot spell we encountered while in Paris. Easy access to public transit. Able to check in early due to our changed flight schedule. Lockup and check in was perfect when we have a group of people who need different times and access to get back for the night! Saving this space for future Paris trips!
