We were lucky enough to have Alex as a private chef during our stay in Mexico City. I had way to many questions and Alex was prompt and friendly in his replies. Our group of five wanted to make a couple substitutions to the menu and Alex was very accomodating. We chose the multicourse Latitud Centro menu.

Alex arrived promptly and the meal was ready as planned. But the best part is that all of the food was delicious. We had been in Mexico City a few days and had already tried a few traditional moles but we all agreed that Alex's version was the best. We had plenty of food and enjoyed the leftovers the next day. Alex and he assistant did all of the clean up.

I would highly recommend Alex as a personal chef. Excellent value, quality, and a most personable chef.

We had a special birthday dinner in Mexico City with six friends, hosted by Alex and Marco — and it was amazing! The meal was authentic, beautifully presented, and full of incredible Mexican flavors. Alex and Marco were both so professional and welcoming, creating a relaxed, fun atmosphere that made the evening feel truly special.

They took care of every detail and left the place spotless afterward. It was the perfect way to celebrate — delicious food, great company, and exceptional service. Highly recommend this experience!

Chef Alex was very communative throughout the entire pre-event process. The day of the dinner went very smoothly and my family of 6 enjoyed the meal. Alex answered questions about the food and gave more insight on the ingredients and food preparation. We enjoyed the experience and would hire Chef Alex again.
