Chef Alejandro and his team did an amazing job preparing and serving a dinner for 7 adults at our Airbnb in La Condesa neighborhood. Communication was consistent and thorough -- Chef Alejandro is both responsive and thoughtful. He accommodated the dietary restrictions of a couple of people in our group, coming up with a menu that impressed everyone. Wine recommendations were great, service was spot-on, and the food was delicious. We opted for a menu that highlighted some key elements of Mexican cuisine and allowed us to try a couple dishes that were new to most of the group. On the day of the dinner, Chef Alejandro arrived with his team, early enough to prepare everything and even helped make the Airbnb dining room look better than it did when they arrived. I highly recommend Chef Alejandro. I've had the privilege of hosting a few dinners at my home and now at an Airbnb, and Chef Alejandro stands out for his skill, communication, and service!
