墨蓝色与白色的殿宇，建于14世纪初，大佛塔有12座仿泰北12座庙宇的小佛塔，塔旁还有12生肖，期待您的光临！The dark blue and white temple was built in the early 14th century. The Great Pagoda has 12 small pagodas imitating the 12 temples in northern Thailand. There are 12 zodiac signs beside the pagoda. We look forward to your visit!

Wat Lok Molee is a temple where can be seen from Room 3A, Family Room and Top Floor Room. It is one of my favourite temple as the architect is different from other temples in Chiang Mai

Wat Lok Molee One of Chiang Mai’s most impressive chedis Just outside the old walled city center of Chiang Mai, the Wat Lok Molee is of the city’s older temples. The temple that is also known as the Wat Lok Moli holds one of the largest and most impressive chedis in Chiang Mai. Although the exact founding date of the temple is not known, it is likely that the first structures were built during the 14th century. The temple was probably a Royal Wat, since the Kings of the Mengrai dynasty maintained the temple. King Kuena who ruled Lanna during the second half of the 14th century is said to have invited a number of monks from present day Myanmar to Chiang Mai to spread the teachings of the Buddha. During their stay in Chiang Mai the monks lived in the Wat Lok Molee temple.
