We had a great 12-night stay at Donna's place. The location is great. The house is on a quiet street, just a short walk away from Sunset where there are plenty of food and drink options. The house is cozy and comfortable, but the standout is the way the early morning sunlight fills the kitchen while you sip your coffee and look out at the surrounding hills. Such a great way to begin each day! Aside from the house, Donna was very responsive, communicative and helpful. We had an issue with one of the window blinds, and it was replaced promptly without interfering with our trip. The house is as pictured and advertised, and we would stay here again. Thank you, Donna!

Reyna’s property was a wonderful property for the duration of our stay. All rooms were clean and tidy. The check in and out process was a breeze with no confusion whatsoever. I would recommend this property to other colleagues that may need somewhere to stay in the area.

It was an amazing stay. The outdoor kitchen was very useful and spacious. The studio felt very roomy and the bathroom was spotless. I would definitely consider visiting again!

Absolutely gorgeous place close to restaurants, shops and attractions of beautiful Silver Lake. Thoughtfully designed and spotlessly clean, Elaine's house was perfect for our family of four. We really appreciated the clear communication and helpful recommendations too. Highly recommended if you want to live like a local in a hip neighborhood. We've stayed in the area before and this was by far the best location and property.

We had an amazing stay here. Family of 4 with 2 boys who like their own space - we had plenty to hang out in. We all loved the outside space too, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Location was ideal for us - close to all the tourist sites but also quiet in the evenings. The host was lovely - so helpful and friendly. When we come back to LA we will definitely stay again.

I have stayed in several places on the bay and this location really suited me and my party better than any in the past. So close to PCH, the Beach, the pier, and on the bay with its own dock made all my logistics and planning so much easier. Cleanliness, comfortable beds, sheets and pillows, well stocked utensils and cookware, EZ laundry, to mention some things. Great outdoor living areas! I had more visitors stop by than I expected as we had a large family event in the area. The great outdoor living space really helped me to accommodate that with ease and enjoy it even more after they departed! And, you as host were so helpful. I usually don't have any questions or requests from my host, but this time I did and you were so responsive! All the best! and I will see you soon!

This place was a gem—just a few houses from the beach and the bay, exactly as described. The backyard was perfect for hanging with the family, and everything in the house worked flawlessly. It was even nicer than we expected. The host was amazing—super responsive and incredibly accommodating with check-in and check-out over Easter weekend. We loved using the paddle boards to explore Naples Island. We’ll definitely be booking again next time family comes to town.

This was a great “home base” for hosting family from out of town! The space was exactly as it was described in the listing, and had plenty of room for our two families to settle. It was conveniently located near stores and supermarkets, as well as local attractions. The kitchen fixtures were high-end and easy to use. The check-in instructions were very clear and the building’s staff was helpful. The view from the space was amazing! The hosts were very responsive to our communications. I would highly recommend this space to other families who are visiting the OC area!
