This was an awesome place to stay. Great hot tub, comfortable furniture, comfortable bed. Great location - we could walk to the beach and a great Co-Op for groceries. Matthew was a great host / all the comforts of home. Would absolutely stay again when in San Diego. :)

Alejandro and Magdalena were great hosts. They had great communication and were friendly and accommodating. Our stay was very relaxing: beds were comfortable and lots of space to hang out indoors and outdoors.

Great location. You can walk to the lagoon and grocery store. We had five people and a dog and there was so much room to spread out, yet still felt intimate. The gardens and both outdoor spaces were fantastic. The house was immaculate. The simple, perfect placement, and alignment of dishes, books, and games showed how much care goes into cleaning and maintaining the home. It did not feel cluttered. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog, and there were so many things there if you have little ones. The coolers were great for beach and park days. They provided so much in supplies that we only needed to buy one roll of paper towels in seven days. Having great shampoo, soap, and conditioner was so helpful. I had several questions because I missed the info when reading the detailed instructions, and the response times were incredible. This was a fantastic house and the rental experience was seamless. I definitely will return to one of Kimberly’s rentals if we return to the area.

Our stay was great! Hot tub was as promised 104° and very clean. Many convenient amenities made this place very nice to stay, we didn’t have to provide or buy any additional supplies (like sometimes happens). Erik was a wonderful host and very responsive to a few questions we had. The location is overall very quiet and is a walkable distance to nearby restaurants/grocery/coffee shops/etc. Quick bus ride of $2.50 per person is a great way to quickly get to the beach area as well. Would highly recommend and would stay again! Thanks Erik!

We loved our stay here! The highlight was the very nice & huge hot tub. The house is very remote & the views are incredible. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

My family and I loved staying at Elise’s Canyon View house on our recent golf trip to San Diego. It was centrally located, had everything we needed, and the backyard and all its amenities and peaceful surroundings provided the perfect setting for post-round fun and connection with loved ones. Elise was a great host, and we highly recommend her place!

I cannot say enough about this place. I loved staying here and would 1000% stay again. Everything was spotless, the view was amazing, I’ve never been more relaxed and at peace. They have everything you could need,everything was thoughtfully put together. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

The stay is a perfect and beautiful place. The host is very nice, reasonable, and friendly. The response was so quick and clear no matter the time. The place is pristine clean and homely. I would highly recommend staying at this place.

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

I had an amazing time at Simon’s. The view was surreal and more than what was described . I definitely enjoyed the stay and would forsure book again . Simon was very attentive and always so responsive and i couldn’t have asked for a better host !

You enter the house, a little uncertain. From the outside, a little underwhelming. You pass through the cosy living room, still a little underwhelming. And THEN, WOW. The pool area, the tennis court, the Vista to the west, the mountains...spectacular, breathtaking, everything as advertised and more. Back in the house, you find a very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bedrooms, a unique "guesthouse" for the Seniors (in our case), and above all...everything in working order. Absolutely no issues! Bravo to our great landlord, who was a super communicator. Overall: our family of 12, across 3 generations, found wonderful places to be together as well as to disperse. A great time was had by all in this Vista Villa wonder!

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's over the years and I think this was one of the nicest. House had lovely decor. Beds were SUPER comfy (really!!). Extra blankets were provided (always a plus!) and one of the best equipped kitchens ever! Tons of cutlery, glasses and even a nice selection of spices!!! We had such a good time we are already planning our return. The only tiny downside was running out of gas for the grill mid cook, BUT Hosts were so responsive we found a quick easy solution. So maybe just check to see how much gas there is before you BBQ. Pool was WONDERFUL!

It was perfect for extended family to all be together. The grandkids loved the pool, and the outdoor and indoor kitchens accommodated our large gathering well.

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

Home is in beautiful Rams Hill community, so private and a great restaurant & golf course , Hiking , biking & great restaurants close by . The sunset & sunrise is our favorite reasons for coming to Borrego Springs . We been coming to Borrego for 12 yrs . Thank you Melissa for making our visit so pleasant .

The House was perfect for our crew of 13. Lots for the kids to do every day with the pool, trampoline, and basketball hoop and beautiful surroundings for the adults to relax and enjoy the scenery. The house is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was great for us because it was drivable to everywhere we wanted to go but nice to be able to come back to some peace and tranquility.

My wife and I were celebrating our 15 year anniversary and wanted a nice quiet place to just hang out and take a break from all the craziness. This place fit perfectly. Very private, you feel on your own in the woods when in fact you are very near anything you would need. Beautiful area, watching the birds eat from the bird feeder was nice and we saw a few groups of turkeys walking around. Sitting by the propane fireplace with a nice book or soaking in the spa made for a very relaxing time. We would definitely come back. This was my 1st time doing an Airbnb so I have noting to compare but the host was completely on top of things making this as easy and smooth as possible. My wife and I had an amazing time and would definitely come back.

The driveway to the house sooo builds up the anticipation to the experience! When you pull up to the house, it felt like we were in a movie.. no way this is the house, my wife said. She and I were so excited!! We got in and.. what an absolutely incredible first impression! I'm the chef, so right away I fell "in love" with the kitchen.. within the first day, I knew where everything was in there LOL. We were there for a week and we started calling it home after the 2nd day (ex. I'm on my way home.. in a text). The view on the "breathtakingly beautiful back deck," was enough to want to move there permanently. We used the jacuzzi twice (at night) and WOW!, what an experience! I could write a book about this house, but I'll try and wrap it up. Bedrooms were spacious and so comfortable with plenty of view and airflow. Showers were VERY relaxing. Living room and TV area "perfect!" and the dining room is perfect for a meal with the family! Overall.. HEAVENLY!!

Lydia was a very responsive host and was really easy to communicate with. We were a little skeptical because we knew we would be staying on the property where she lived with her family and were worried about privacy but the cabin is very private and although we naturally bumped into Lydia and her husband a few times, they did not spend any time out their back yard (where the cabin is located) for the duration of our stay so we had the place and the yard pretty much to ourselves which was great. We didn't realize how far away we would be from shops and restaurants. It is about a 20 minute walk to the nearby town so we did spend a lot of money on ubers but that was our own fault for not doing our research beforehand. Overall Lydias place is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, she even had some stuff in the fridge and cleaning products which was really convenient. Thank you Lydia for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful couple of days in Julian in Aubrey's cabin as a family of 5. The scenery was stunning and we were close to a range of family-friendly walks in mountains and Anza-Borrego desert state park, as well as exploring Julian. Super cozy cabin and whole family was charmed. Aubrey was an excellent host and made everything so easy for us. Thanks again!

We rented the cabin after we had to cancel a camping trip and it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. It is nicely updated with plenty of space for 2. Lots of windows with pleasant views. So many places to hang out and explore. We climbed the mountain you can see from the deck (Stonewall Peak) and it was a great 4 mile hike from the Paso Picacho campground. The hot tub was very relaxing after hiking. It is an easy drive to Julian or Wynola to eat, just watch out for the deer and turkeys along the way. We also saw turkeys on the property. There are literally hiking trails everywhere in the area so we hope to return in the future.

What a beautiful property and surroundings. Headed up for a quiet weekend and to enjoy the surrounding Fallbrook area. The cottage was exactly as described and is the perfect size for a couple's romantic weekend. The jacuzzi was heated and ready to go and the kitchen came with a starter kit of coffee and basic cooking staples. Had a bit of a snafu with the coded key lock one evening but that was because we entered the code incorrectly the first time. Dawn was very responsive and remotely opened the lock to set us in. We had a bit of a lack of communication regarding a cheese and butter making class we had booked, but we will make sure to get that completed on our next trip! Overall this is an amazing property and experience. We will be back!

The Enchanted Lookout is a gorgeous spot. If you are looking for an amazing spot where you can be one with the trees and the birds this is it. Bonus: the book collection is out of this world!

Truly an incredible, peaceful hideaway with breathtaking views all throughout the day. If you're up early enough sunrise is the peak view of the day and if you are able to stay up late start gazing is incredible. Loved it's proximity to hiking trails and town. Dillon was super responsive and helpful I even ended up staying an extra night , totally worth the price, I will definitely be back for the views!
