We'll meet you in the harbor in Riomaggiore and depart on our magical sunset tour. We'll slowly make our way up the Cinque Terre coast, stopping in front of each village to give you a little bit of history and insider information, as well as the opportunity to take photos of the villages from the sea - hands down the best way to capture each village's beauty. Once we reach Monterosso we'll turn around, and with the sun setting behind us, we'll slowly head back to Riomaggiore. You'll sip bubbles while cruising. Yuri is a local wine expert and has his own vineyards, so he's able to provide you with information about how grapes are grown on our cliffs, and what makes the Cinque Terre wine which you'll be drinking so unique. You'll also be munching on homemade focaccia from the local baker, made fresh daily, and a must-try food while in the Cinque Terre. You can jump in the sea during the tour as well for a sunset dip. Take a deep breath - this is paradise. Let us make your night, and maybe even your holiday here in the Cinque Terre, a lifelong memory, and show you 'La dolce vita. The tour lasts around 2.5 hours depending on whether guests swim or not.

My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2023, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas. I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique. Afterwards, they will enjoy a full dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live. I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense. The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines. If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed. Bring along your camera, drinking water and an umbrella/blanket according to the weather.

We will meet up in Manarola, and after a quick walk through the village, which will be nice and quiet in the morning, we will start our adventure by taking a deep breath and hiking up to Volastra, a wonderful hamlet as far off the beaten path as you can get in this area. The hike is straight uphill and it will make you sweat, we promise! There will be plenty of visual rewards along the path, though, because you will get the most spectacular views of Manarola and the sea, almost like you were a drone (only without flying off the rocks!). Then, after approximately 1 hour, we will reach our destination. And there, only there, will you feel like you have earned your well deserved wine tasting. We will drink the wine of one of the greatest local winemakers right on his vineyard while looking at the Mediterranean directly below, almost touching the sky and rejoicing in the power of nature. After the wine tasting, our experience is finished. From Volastra, you can choose to continue on the trail to Corniglia, the next Cinque Terre town, go back down the trail to Manarola, or take the eco-bus down to Manarola at a cost of 2.50 per person. Rain can be serious in the Cinque Terre, so if it is raining too heavily, or if the National Park issues a weather alert, we won't be able to do the hike. In that case, we will take the bus up to Volastra at an additional cost of 2.50 per person.

Superb hand-made traditional cuisine, whose simple yet precious secrets will be shared in a friendly, homely environment facing the Gulf of Poets. You will have what I had when I was a child at my home: a full immersion experience in the authentic Italian cuisine. Specifically, we will travel together back and forth from Liguria and Campania discovering traditional recepies, made of selected, genuine and local ingredients (and there will be much more than Pesto and tiramisù!). Handmade pasta, cakes, savory pie all easy recipes that you may do again at your home. I like to cook seasonal foods and I love to take fresh vegetables from the local marcket.. We’ll learn how to transform those ingredients in delicious dishes. The cooking lesson will be paired with complementary Italian wine and home-made spirits, which will make your experience unforgettable(!). A Cinque Terre Sunset Boat Tour is the most romantic and scenic tour you can experience when visiting the area! We will leave from the pier in Monterosso, you’ll get to admire the colorful five seaside villages from the sea, while we will tell you everything about local history and daily life. We will have an aperitif with local products to taste some typical Ligurian specialties, sipping prosecco and listening to music in the background. We'll go to explore a beautiful hidden coves, and in warmer months you’ll even be able to swim in the crystal clear waters of the National Park while enjoying the sunset. After a short break in picturesque Vernazza (during the less crowded and warm months) we will sail towards the sunset, enjoying this natural performance in the most romantic and peaceful moment of the day. We will be back in Monterosso after sunset. What makes our day special are the secret unknown alleys around the hamlets which only a local knows! We walk among the 5 Terre where we see the main attractions & then take less-explored paths where vegetable gardens, vineyards & genuine atmosphere come to life away from crowded souvenir shop areas. I will take you around 3 of the villages. Our day together in paradise starts off in La Spezia (or directly in the 1st village we visit if you're lucky enough to sleep in one of the hamlets!) & we head into the heart of the National Park together by train We walk the villages & the short panoramic paths around them. We explore the terre where I will tell you about historical, cultural & environmental aspects of life here. Questions appreciated! A break for lunch is a blessing; where depends on you! Either we stop in a traditional bistrot or munch focaccia & pizza on a bench with sea view! Our experience usually ends in Monterosso where you may take the ferry back enriching your experience by giving you the chance to see the towns from a different point of view or continue by train.

Faremo un breve trekking su un sentiero poco battuto ma molto panoramico. Finita la camminata, arriveremo nella vigna dell'Eroico e lì degusteremo tre diverse etichette, assaporando una storia antichissima. L'intera esperienza si svolge a Vernazza, luogo unico e patrimonio UNESCO. Potrai godere anche di una vista unica, essendo la nostra vigna isolata da ogni altro sentiero o abitazione. P.s. Immerse yourself in the tuscan countryside with 3 different experience! We will meet in Florence, an authorized driver will take you to our farm just 35 minutes. What will we do? 1 - Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history, occasion to take photos in the suggestive setting.
Maybe you will meet our funny domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2 - Visit cellar and tasting 5 organic tuscan wines: white & red, also aged directly from the barrel and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Then you can taste olive oil, we will delight you with a short film about our mission. You have the opportunity to buy wines at cellar prices, or order them to ship. 3 The last part is dedicated to making fresh pasta with Luca or Ester, they teach the secrets to making pasta like Spaghetti or Ravioli! The pasta will be mixed and cooked together with that of the others, it will not be possible to make an individual cooking. Of course we will eat them together in a long table as in an Italian family. During lunch will be served our wine. One of our co-host make sure that you can be the protagonist! We will be about 16 participants. Transport by van, with driver, from Florence is included. Attention: the return is by train to Florence, the most ecologic and comfortable way to avoid traffic.

In this experience you will learn how to make Genoese Pesto by pounding all the ingredients in a mortar, according to the traditional technique and according to the recipe of my grandmother who, with her personal mortar, prepared it when I was little. Finally, you can taste the sauce that you have made with a plate of testaroli, a typical Lunigiana pasta, a glass of wine and between pleasant chats you will discover the history and tradition behind which the flavors of Ligurian cuisine are hidden. The experience takes place in an authentic XVI century private house in Riomaggiore where you will find the table ready and, after a glass of prosecco, we can start working to create the best pesto you have ever tasted and enjoy a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. This experience is recommended for 2 or more people. NOTE: Genovese pesto is NOT vegan and NOT suitable for people with nut intolerance or severe gluten intolerance (we can use an alternative packed gluten-free crackers or similar but cross-contamination is inevitable).

Con i due capitani Steeven e Christian partiremo dalla marina di Riomaggiore per andare al seguente villaggio Manarola e far salire a bordo i nostri altri amici per poi proseguire (soffermandosi in ogni villaggio dal mare,  per fare tante belle foto,  tutto questo sempre vicino alla costa), proseguiremo  verso Corniglia, unico villaggio che si trova a 100 metri dal livello del mare, visiteremo delle grotte accessibili solo dal mare ,faremo una o due soste per nuotare e fare dello snorkeling insieme ai pesci ,a bordo ti offriremo del vino bianco, prosecco ,coca-cola birra o acqua e degli snack come la focaccia ligure. arriveremo a Vernazza uno dei villaggi più amati dai turisti, e infine arriveremo a Monterosso, il villaggio più grande, ed ammireremo le sue spiagge. Ci allontaneremo dalla costa per ammirare il sole che tramonta e torneremo  indietro con calma.Al termine del tour sarà possibile scendere a Manarola o Riomaggiore.

We'll meet at the Rapallo Harbour, introduce you to my sailboat and set sail straight away. As soon as we exit the harbour we'll be greeted by the stunning view of San Michele di Pagana, one of the less known and most beautiful towns around Portofino. Next we'll head in the direction of Portofino passing through the magnificent bays of Santa Margherita ligure and Paraggi. Once close to Portofino you'll be able to admire the typical painted facades of the village houses in the small harbour and we can stop for a plonge in the bay, in front of Dolce and Gabbana's private villa before passing the Portofino Lighthouse heading to the real highlight of our trip: San Fruttuoso di Camogli, this pearl of the Ligurian sea, inaccessible by land is in the middle of the Portofino natural reserve. Founded almost 2000 years ago around the abbey which is right on the beach, it consists of only a few houses and has a couple of amazing sea food restaurants still run by locals where you can have the best pesto and the best fish of your trip. After that you can swim or take one of the SUP boards to the uderwater statue of the Christ of the abyss, I'll lend a mask and flippers if you want to try and dive to it. On our way back we'll stop for a last dive around Paraggi and by 5 we'll be back in Rapallo. This experience is safe for all. Had guests from 6 months old to over 70.

Our daytime tour departs from Riomaggiore, the southernmost village in the Cinque Terre. We slowly make our way up the coast to Monterosso, with many stops along the way. We will stop in front of every village to snap photos from the boat. And don't forget your suit because we love to stop for swims. During the tour we'll stop at caves (a perfect place to jump off the boat for a dip), followed by checking out a waterfall. Time to swim is included in this tour. After we have arrived in Monterosso we'll head off shore so you can see the entire Cinque Terre coast and this beautiful prospective as we head back to Riomaggiore. With max 11 guests, our tours are intimate. Please note we no longer offer prosecco or focaccia on our day tours but feel free to bring your own!

Discover the secrets of two worldwide famous produce of Made in Italy with a local expert: Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma ( Parma Ham ) Visit a traditional Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory and learn the secrets of one of the most celebrated ingredients of Italy. Watch the cheese makers at work and taste some cheese with honey and local wine. Hear how the cheese – protected by the EU – is still produced following traditional methods. Exclusively made in the Zona Tipica of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena and parts of Bologna and Mantova, parmesan cheese dates back over 9 centuries. Watch the cheese makers pull the product from the milk vats and visit the shaping and salting rooms before going to the stagionatura where the cheese is aged. Savor the sight and smell of thousands of wheels of cheese. Then, taste the delicious cheese with some honey and local wine! After the cheese factory proceed ( after few minutes driving ) to the Parma ham factory. Go to the cellar branding area. See where the meat is cooled, salted and rested. Taste some cold cuts with local wines and more. Visit organic farm that produces the famous Parma ham and meet the producer to discover the process of making a gourmet Parma ham. Follow the process and Enjoy access to areas such as the cooling, salting and "resting" rooms. Finally Taste delicious Parma ham paired with a glass of Malvasia

Vieni a fare snorkeling a San Fruttuoso di Camogli in quella che è l'area marina più antica d'Italia. Rimarrai affascinato dalla biodiversità marina e dal contesto paesaggistico-culturale. Cronoprogramma: -9h e 30m appuntamento presso la biglietteria del porticciolo di Camogli per fare i ticket per il traghetto. -10h partenza con arrivo a San Fruttuoso per le 10.30 -10h e 30m- 11h svestizione sulla spiaggia con deposito dei valori in un posto custodito. A seguire briefing pre-tour con istruzioni per evitare che la maschera si appanni e indicazioni sul percorso che faremo per raggiungere il Cristo che dista circa 300 dalla spiaggia -ore 11-12.30 snorkeling. Lentamente seguendo il reef e osservando le bellezze del fondale si dirigeremo verso il Cristo. Se nel corso della nuotata sarai stanco potrai riposarti appoggiandoti sulla mia boa segnala sub per vivere questa esperienza senza stress. Arrivato sul punto in cui si trova la statua del Cristo, che si trova a 10 m di profondità, riuscirai tranquillamente ad osservarla dall'altro se non vuoi o non sai scendere in apnea anche di pochi metri. A rendere ancora più indimenticabile questa esperienza ti farò un video con la go-pro che potrai condividere sui tuoi social. Il ritorno avverrà sempre costeggiando il reef osservando la variegata fauna ittica. -ore 12,30 fine escursione e degustazione della vera focaccia ligure

Con i due capitani Steeven e Christian partiremo dalla marina di Riomaggiore per andare al seguente villaggio Manarola e far salire a bordo i nostri altri amici per poi proseguire (soffermandosi in ogni villaggio dal mare,  per fare tante belle foto,  tutto questo sempre vicino alla costa), proseguiremo  verso Corniglia, unico villaggio che si trova a 100 metri dal livello del mare, visiteremo delle grotte accessibili solo dal mare ,faremo una o due soste per nuotare e fare dello snorkeling insieme ai pesci ,a bordo ti offriremo del vino bianco, prosecco ,coca-cola birra o acqua e degli snack come la focaccia ligure. arriveremo a Vernazza uno dei villaggi più amati dai turisti, e infine arriveremo a Monterosso, il villaggio più grande, ed ammireremo le sue spiagge. Ci allontaneremo dalla costa per ammirare il sole che tramonta e torneremo  indietro con calma.Al termine del tour sarà possibile scendere a Manarola o Riomaggiore.
