Welcome to my hands-on experience. I truly believe that everybody can prepare excellent pizzas at home. Therefore, everyone will have fun kneading, by hand, their pizza dough. The purpose is to learn to make pizza without professional equipment, so we will bake our pizzas in a kitchen oven. I will give you all the tips to bake a pizza, crafted with your own hands, that you will want to share with your family, friends, and everyone around you. You will learn how to knead the dough and handle the fermentation. I will tell you how to choose, prepare, and use the toppings for your pizza. Also, I will show you the baking strategy to obtain a pizza that is crispy outside and very airy inside. After the class, I will mail the step-by-step recipe to you. Finally, we will eat pizza and drink some complimentary wine to celebrate life as Italians do. Other things to note Sorry, we can't provide gluten-free or vegan food. I will teach you how prepare some of your favorite dishes from italian cuisine. While cooking I will also talk about nutrition facts (proteins, carbohidrates, sugar.....)and how creating balanced meals. I will tell you what's important for your health, what's better to avoid and how to combine foods. You will be cooking with me and at the end of the class you will eat what you created with me. We will welcome you on board and first of all we would like you to relax on our comfortable and wide Italian wooden boat "Atma". We will smoothly move along the cost in the calm water of the lake, enjoying some drink and watch some amazing private villas and gardens, visible only from the lake. We will visit this magic Island Comacina where we will tell you some story... Then we will pass in fron of Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella, Villa Balbiano and many others. Stopping in some special corner you can enjoy some prosecco, get the sun, swimm and relax. After that we will go back at the starting point. In case there is no availability on the calendar try to contact me anyway, we may find a solution for you! The cruise will be subject to the weather conditions. In case of storm we could go back to the port earlier or don't even start sailing. This experience is 1 hour but on request we can make customised tours or special services when is possible. We will start the adventure while exploring the most beautiful places in Como. The streets of the city will be the perfect backdrop for our shooting. We will live together the beauty of its historic center of small narrow roads. It will be a relaxed walk while I take some amazing candid photos and pirtraits with the city, the lake and different spots as your background. We will stop on the lakefront to admire the view. Are we going to photograph Italian-style over coffee? Don't be afraid we’ll help in the best poses for the photos. Even if this is your first experience of the photoshoot I will help you to relax and have fun. I'll provide 20 HD edited photos (individual) and 40 (for a couple) by private gallery in 15 days after the session. If you want a photoshoot in another city or location, villa or hotel or a special date with your love, wedding, group of friends or others, please send me a message before. I will be happy to talk to you and answer all your questions. Other things: *I always recommend to dress neutral colors and avoid red, pink and flag colors. *In case of rain, photoshoot is scheduled for another time or day or in your Airbnb (we must talk) Remember: don't be late. Durante il Boat Party con musica e open bar vi offriremo ottimo Prosecco, avremo a disposizione anche soft drink e acqua. Ascolteremo musica e balleremo, si potrà nuotare e avere momenti di piacevole convivialità tipica italiana. Prima del rientro passeremo davanti a Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella e Villa Balbiano, per poi fare rientro ad Argegno. Start from the heart of a small Renaissance hamlet with traditional cobbled streets and historic stone houses. Follow the quiet cycle path that was originally the old railway line connecting Lake Como to Lake Lugano. Pass the charming Lake Piano nature reserve; hidden Romanesque churches and tiny villages before arriving directly on the beach of Lake Lugano with expansive views across the water. Explore the old centre of Porlezza-the perfect spot for an ice-cream or aperitivo before starting the climb into the mountains. Ride a section of original medieval road and weave through quaint village squares untouched by tourism. Finish with a panoramic downhill ride with views across Lake Como. This experience showcases the beautifully diverse scenery of the area and shares fun anecdotes of real people's lives. DIFFICULTY: Expect an active, mini adventure of 28km with uphills, downhills, narrow village roads and some gravel sections. Athleticism, confidence and understanding of a geared bicycle are required. An e-bike is a normal bicycle including battery assistance for uphills. Partiremo dal porto di Como e navigheremo costeggiando i piccoli villaggi di Cernobbio, Moltrasio, Torno e Blevio. Scopriremo le numerose ville che, con con i loro rigogliosi e curatissimi giardini, si affacciano sul lago. Navigheremo gustandoci il tempo a disposizione ed i luoghi. Racconteremo storie e curiosità che li riguardano fermandoci per ammirare gli angoli più pittoreschi e per degustare un aperitivo a bordo. Stuzzichini e bevande saranno comunque a disposizione dei nostri ospiti in ogni momento. Nella stagione estiva sarà possibile anche fare il bagno. La barca dispone di una comoda scaletta per immergersi e risalire a bordo, di un wc e di una doccia con acqua calda. Chi sceglierà il tour della mattina o del pomeriggio potrà ammirare i luminosi e vivaci colori dei villaggi e della costa mentre chi parteciperà al tour serale vedrà il lago e la città quando si accendono le luci notturne creando una visione di straordinaria bellezza. Con un po' di vento e, per chi lo desidera, sarà anche l'occasione per sperimentare la navigazione a vela. In ogni caso gli ospiti saranno incoraggiati a timonare ed a partecipare alle manovre. Gli ospiti si approcceranno alla modellazione dell'argilla attraverso le tecniche base o con il tornio. In questo periodo dove regna la tecnologia, offriamo un sano momento per dare spazio alla fantasia, risvegliando i sensi attraverso l'uso di questo materiale all'apparenza povero, ma che ha origini prima della nascita dell’uomo. Ognuno potrà dare libero sfogo alla creatività godendo anche degli effetti rilassanti rilasciati dal contatto con l'argilla. Hi there ! Probably everyone has heard about Lake Como, but what Como stands for ? Lake Como is a spectacular place with aristocratic spirit, beautiful villas , fifty shades of blue and green from water till forest, pinky sunsets , mountains , tasty food and Prosecco. We would like to show all of it to you in our boat tour. Proposed tour : - pick up from Tremezzo Route: - Villa Sola Cabiati - Villa del Balbianello - Villa Cassinella - Villa Balbiano - Isola Comacina - stop for a swim for about 10-15 min - Bellagio (Villa Melzi) - Villa Carlotta -Grand Hotel Tremezzo - return to Tremezzo Tour duration: 1,5 hours Capacity of the group : max 6 persons We offer a bottle of Prosecco or Wine, Italian snacks ( croccanti /grissini/crostini ), sunscreen and an amazing atmosphere ! About our boat : the brand is Marinello Eden 18, model year 2021 ( 5,3 meters long ) , with table, shower and bluetooth speakers. In the bow ( front part of the boat) there is plenty of space for 2 persons to lie, or for 4 persons to sit comfortably. Besides, there is plenty of space at stern ( rear side of the boat, that includes 2 benches)

I will teach you how prepare some of your favorite dishes from italian cuisine. While cooking I will also talk about nutrition facts (proteins, carbohidrates, sugar.....)and how creating balanced meals. I will tell you what's important for your health, what's better to avoid and how to combine foods. You will be cooking with me and at the end of the class you will eat what you created with me. During the lesson you will learn how to do: - fresh hand made pasta ( tagliatelle, bow ties, garganelli, tagliolini, pappardelle, colored pasta and different flours) - ravioli e tortelli - spaghetti alla carbonara menu can be changed according to your exigences (veggie, no pork ,...). We will meet in front of the church of Argegno, next to it the access that leads directly to the private dock where the boat is located. As soon as we get on the boat, I will make a quick description of the boat and the safety equipment and then, will happily start the experience. The boat is a proper boat, takes the origins from a traditional and classic boat, which was born from Positano in the Sorrento Peninsula. Its humble sea origins and wood’s sparkle, with which it was created, are an irresistible attraction for lovers of boat tours. Visiting Lake Como on board of a typical Mediterranean boat definitely gives to your tour a touch of authenticity and style.
