Airbnbによるメキシコの付加価値税（ VAT ）徴収・納付代行

メキシコにあるAirbnbのリスティングを予約すると、連邦政府に支払われる税金の16%が加算される場合があります。

たとえば、合計1,000ドル（宿泊料金と清掃料金）で宿泊施設を予約する場合、160ドルのVAT （ VAT = 16 ％ ）と追加の宿泊税が支払われる可能性があります。

Airbnbによる宿泊税の徴収・納付（メキシコ）

宿泊税は州政府に支払われ、料金は州によって異なります。 Airbnbでは、一部の州で宿泊税を徴収して納付しています。

たとえば、リスティングがバハカリフォルニア州に位置し、1,000ドルの料金で宿泊施設を予約した場合、50ドルの宿泊税（占有税= 5 ％ ）と追加の清掃料金と付加価値税を支払う必要があります。

バハ・カリフォルニア（ノルテ）

Guests who book Airbnb listings that are located in Baja California (Norte), Mexico will pay the following tax as part of their reservation:

2019年4月1日より、メキシコのエスタド・デ・メキシコにあるAirbnbのリスティングを予約するゲストは、予約時に以下の税金を支払います。

注：これらの地域に所在するホストは、州および市の管轄区域を含む他のすべての納税義務を評価する責任があります。 また、これらの地域にリスティングを掲載しているホストのみなさまには、サービス利用規約に基づくAirbnbとの契約を確認し、Airbnbが代わりに税金を徴収・納付できるようにする宿泊税に関する規定をよく理解し、手続きの仕組みを説明していただく必要があります。 これらの規定に基づき、ホストは、Airbnbが宿泊税の徴収を容易にすることを決定した管轄区域において、Airbnbがホストに代わって宿泊税の徴収と納付を行うよう指示し、権限を付与します。 適用法によりAirbnbがホストに代わって徴収・納付する税金が免除されているとホストが判断した場合、ホストは予約を承認することにより、その免除を放棄することに同意したものとみなされます。 ホストが免除の放棄を希望しない場合、ホストは予約を承認すべきではありません。
