This house has a converted garage game room, large decks, 2 covered gazebos, a hot tub, mini golf, and that’s just the beginning… This house features, an automatic gate, parking for 2 cars. Inside are 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, a study, and a workout area. Kitchen is thoughtfully laid out and stocked with everything . The game room has a 9 foot shuffleboard, air hockey, PS5, dual hoop game, and a pool table. The adventurous can explore a creek and a young redwood forest.

Classic Executive+Lovely Yard+Best Location

A favorite house+ location; we restored it for my husband’s parents; it’s where we hope to live out our last days as well. Comfortable furnishings+ beds, vintage charm+ grandfather clock so it’s not best for kids. There’s lots of light+ glass block+ beautiful front+ back furnished porches w/ vintage lion fountain too. Large master w/ King bed, smart TV+ french doors+ en-suite bath w/ huge shower+ a vintage clawfoot tub in guest bathroom. Plenty of free onstreet parking+ fastest wifi+ cable too.

Low elevation location on Eastern Slope area of Incline Village, this 3500 sq. ft. home has a large great room with high beamed ceiling, 3 bedrooms plus a loft area and a second living room with a sofa bed, 3.5 bathrooms (2 en-suite) and a 3-car garage. The home has a large patio in the back and a deck in the front to take in the filtered golf course and forest views. You can walk to restaurants, cafes, beaches and the Hyatt. Nice open floor plan house with plenty of seating in the living room and at the dining room table. There are 2 full-size refrigerators and long counters for chopping and cooking. The driveway is gravel and the yard is large, but not finished (mostly wild grass growing). The location is great; it's a 10 minute drive/Uber to downtown, The Y, and Heavenly Resort.
