The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. There are multiple seating areas to enjoy the extensive gardens on the one acre grounds that are shared with the main property. We cannot host guests under the age of 16.
