Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene mit kleinem Hund, durften 4 Tage in dem Loft verbringen. Die modern eingerichtete Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist sehr gepflegt und absolut ruhig gelegen. Der Bus nach Venedig ist in 3, der Supermarkt in knapp 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf unsere Fragen zum Appartment erhielten wir rasch und kompetent Antwort. Ein außergewöhnliches Wohnerlebnis, unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Pěkný, útulný a velmi dobře vybavený dům kousek od moře. Angelica reagovala rychle a ochotně. Doporučuji 🙂

Une magnifique maison en plein centre de Venise! Complètement privé, l'espace de vie est réparti du plusieurs étages (comme les photos l'illustrent bien). Tout est propre et calme. La literie est confortable. La cuisine est équipée (attention petit frigo et pas de four ni de lave vaisselle). Situé dans le quartier San Marco, tout est accessible à pied ! L'accueil à l'arrivée au vaporetto par Alessandra était très agréable. Bref une location de choix pour visiter Venise.

Das Haus von Nicola ist super. Das dreistockige Gebäude hat sehr viel Platz für eine große Familie. Zwei Küchen sind vollständig ausgestattet, sogar je mit dem Geschirrspüler. Fast jedes Raum hat eigene Klumaanlage. Vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung viele freie Parkplätze. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Umgebung, aber Padova und Venedig sind erreichbar ca im Verlaufe einer Stunde. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit Nicole verlief einwandfrei. Immer empfehlenswert.

Siamo stati benissimo. Posto magnifico e amante degli animali. I miei due canoni sono stati al top! Consiglio perché oltre ad essere un posto bellissimo è situato a 15 minuti da Treviso e poco di più da venezia il top

The place was wonder itself with 200 % satisfaction. Olga was very kind and responded quickly. All he rooms, kitchen, furniture, equipment was clean and with high standard. Thanks, Olga!!

We were so grateful for Dario’s help during our stay over Easter. He and his wife were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were flexible and even ordered our takeout for us as there was a language barrier. The kitchen had everything we needed as a family of 10. The set up of the rooms was perfect for a girls room and a boys room where the cousins could spend quality time together and make memories to last a lifetime. The train is close by and takes 23min to get to Venice. What a beautiful day we had there! Thank you to Dario and family for welcoming us so kindly!

Wir möchten uns herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken, eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Familie. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ebenfalls die dazugehörende Umgebung mit dem Whirlpool lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Strände von Lignano und Bibione liegen nur wenige Autominuten vom Haus entfernt. Die Location ist sehr zum Empfehlen.

Sono sempre alla ricerca di belle case per godermi il tempo con gli amici quando torno in Italia per pochi giorni, con questa villa abbiamo raggiunto il massimo livello di lusso, dato soprattutto dalla presenza di tante camere e tanti bagni. Torneremo sicuramente

Frederica en haar vader zijn geweldige hosts. De communicatie is snel en accuraat. De ontvangst in het huisje was prettig en Stephan was heel vriendelijk. Het huis is heel fijn. Alle gemakken zijn aanwezig. De tuin is prachtig. Helaas konden we er door het slechte weer weinig gebruik van maken. De locatie van het huis is heel gunstig, vlakbij Padua en halverwege Verona en Venetië. Ook een tripje naar de Dolomieten is vanuit hier prima te doen. Kortom een fantastisch huis op een heel goede plek. We komen graag nog een keer terug!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Elena's place. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Elena's hospitality was outstanding—she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She even insisted on cleaning the house herself so we could enjoy our vacation to the fullest. We appreciated her prompt communication and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Thank you, Elena, for making our trip so memorable.
