Dotato di tutti i comfort, cucina con vista, un bagno privato e un comodo letto matrimoniale. Forniamo servizio di pulizia compresa, per raggiungere la nostra splendida location bisogna fare un pezzo pedonale di 250m e scale, siamo in pieno centro storico.I cani sono ammessi ma di piccola taglia.

Splendido loft con struttura a soppalco, recentemente ristrutturato, situato in pieno centro, a due passi dalla zona storica pedonale piena di ristoranti e negozi, vicinissimo al porto dei battelli, alla stazione ferroviaria e dalla funicolare. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato con attenzione per offrirvi un'esperienza indimenticabile. L’abitazione è facilmente raggiungibile in auto (nelle vicinanze si trovano molti parcheggi) oppure in treno ( la stazione Como lago dista 5 minuti a piedi)

Stretta tra Lago e Prealpi Orobiche, Lecco sta progressivamente abbandonando la sua vocazione metallurgica per vivere la grande bellezza delle sue risorse naturali. A pochi passi dal centro della città e dalla stazione ferroviaria, nel quartiere di Castello di Lecco, si trova "il Gerenzone", un monolocale con ingresso autonomo, angolo cottura e bagno privato. Cosy loft with a lovely view

This loft is located on a quiet road, just ten minutes walk from the beautiful Torno's Harbour where you will find bars and restaurants. The town of Como is only 7km away and it is easily reachable by bus or by boat. At the moment Torno's Harbour is closed for maintenance. According to the authorities, it should be reopened the first week of May.
