A large light filled self contained studio home. Decorated with a scandi-minimalist palette. This well appointed home offers a full kitchen with induction cooking facilities, convection oven and all the equipment to prep a romantic meal. A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Michele and myself are available for any questions, tall stories and any recommendations for what to do in Melbourne. Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

Rural farm with modern conveniences overlooking majestic and amazing views right in the heart of the Yarra Valley attractions. Built 1930 and fully restored with extensions added in 2017. 3 LARGE bedrooms (eg weekend 3 people ~$299 a night=about $100 each+cleaning). Shared: bathroom, living area with kitchenette. The Mini - River frontage & 300m to Main St.

Framed by heritage-listed Elm trees, The Mini, a single room studio & ensuite, invites you to wake up to unique views of Healesville's beauty including Mount St Leonard, horses, and abundant bird-life. A photographers paradise or sweet romantic getaway, The Mini is poised on the banks of the Watt's River, and located exceptionally close to town. Only 300m to Healesville's bustling Main Street, and 700m to Four Pillars Distillery, we welcome you to our unexpected slice of country paradise.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Central Valley Haven with Sauna

Your very own cottage haven in the heart of the Yarra Valley, surrounded by farmland and abundant nature. Cosy-up in the evenings with the wood fire and rest and reset with your own private two-person sauna. There are country views, free range chickens and a very comfy king size bed. When we can, we love to provide homemade bread and eggs from the chooks. Located in the heart of the Yarra Valley, with Lilydale, Yarra Glen, Healesville and Warburton all 15-30 mins away by car.

Welcome to our Studio where you can relax in a cosy, stylish haven nestled amongst the trees & the birds. Ideally situated in Melbourne's leafy, outer eastern suburbs, this quiet location is a stone's throw from the Dandenong Ranges with the stunning Yarra Valley & Warrandyte regions just a short drive away. Easily accessible via major motorways, you will also find shops, public transport, schools & hospitals nearby. Please note that our studio is only suitable for adults.

The Old Stables

The old stables in Fitzroy North. Our space is a renovated old stables situated at the back of our home in Fitzroy north. The two properties are kept separate, so the house is all yours for the duration of your stay. We designed the space to feel as though it is connected to the garden, the wooden ceiling and large glass sliding doors open up to let nature in. This is a place for relaxation, a retreat that is still close to the fun of the city.
