We enjoyed this little slice of heaven. I initially chose this because of the dog fence (very hard to find) and great price…little did I know I was in for a 5 star resort! It is nestled in a 3 acre private lot. It was so relaxing listening to nature—my kids especially loved the peacocks. There is a full on playground that is the size you’d find in a park you will have all to yourselves. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING. It really is the little things that make it special—all the extra coffee pods and creamers—the plethora of pool floats for the kids. The pool and gym we used a lot! The rooftop deck was perfect to have a picnic dinner. We ran into the homeowners a couple times in the driveway (they live in a house beside the apt.) and they are some of the nicest, most genuine people. We begged to see their dogs-one is a Great Dane the size of a horse we fell in love with. They are EVERYTHING you could ask for in a host. You will truly feel like you’re with family. We hope return!

I absolutely recommend to consider this apartment for a stay in the area. John is a very helpful and friendly host, and the apartment is simply great. My stay was in the winter, so I cannot say much about the lake, other than it does look beautiful.

Top of the Mountain with Gorgeous Mountain Views

Ruth and Michael’s place was perfect for a couple’s weekend getaway to Blue Ridge. It is in a gorgeous area that is so close to everything in Blue Ridge. They had great recommendations, and the listing was accurate. We loved the beautiful view and all the windows. The kitchen was clean and had literally everything you could possibly need. There was a tornado warning during our stay, and Ruth called me to make sure we were aware and knew where the safest location in the Airbnb was. That was so thoughtful! The bed linens were comfortable and the towels were high quality. The amenities were a major stand out as well. I want my parents to visit next since we had such a great experience.

We’ve stayed in several places in and around Gatlinburg over the years. This has to be the cleanest place EVER! Extremely comfort and well equipped. Loved the location too. We LOVED this place and our host, Azelea, was extremely helpful. The pricing was extremely reasonable as well. Highly recommend this home for your next visit to Gatlinburg.

Great place. Can’t really do anything without a car, typical for Tennessee. Right by a freight railroad which was very enjoyable if you’re a railfan. I felt it was underpriced. Very cozy. TV has AirPlay. Bed very firm. Some free water and coffee in the apartment. Would love to stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful! Elizabeth was so flexible with our schedule. The house was perfect and easy to access. Her dog loved playing with my dog! We had a blast!

Check in was easy with concierge at front desk as Chris is very helpful. Parking garage is awesome as parked near elevator always. Key fobs for elevator / door/ garage & a desk concierge is a real safety luxury.... Everyone was responsive throughout our pre arrival, stay and post arrival. The host was very responsive as I could not find hair dryer & one was delivered same day through Amazon . But shame on me as looked only in sink drawers & under. Checking out found in a dresser drawer… there are two hair dryers there now 😊 All things were clean and as described. Overall, a great place !! …. logistics perfect as right in middle of Queen CITY / Uptown .. the views are incredible & gym is quite huge…. No complaints at all .. Only problem could only enjoy for 5 days & 4 nights. Next visit to Queen City on our bucket list as # 1 !! …

Great location! Great shower! Very comfortable bed! The only small issue was that I was told there would be a keurig but there wasn't, but Benson took care of that super quickly. Great place!!

Great location,lots of amenities and quiet. Close to Gatlinburg but not so close that you deal with the traffic and noise. Clean unit,nice pools , miniature golf and gas grill.Couldnt ask for more

Year Round Fun at Mountain Laurel Guesthouse

We had an awesome stay at Rich’s. The grown kids enjoyed the assortment of board games available. We didn’t even watch television. Our Verizon cell service dropped but Rich warned us ahead of time and provided wifi passwords to keep us connected. Recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful stay convenient to downtown Helen, but calm and tranquil as well. I’d recommending arriving before dark if you aren’t accustomed to hilly/mountain winding roads.
