Upgraded to a brand new KING bed with all NEW linens. Great one bedroom patio apartment for a weekend getaway FOR 2 PEOPLE ONLY! The lake is absolutely beautiful and the apartment is very private, comfy and quiet. NEW GAS GRILL WITH THE REMODEL. A perfect getaway for kayaking or swimming. A SHARED DAY DOCK WITH NEIGHBORS. No boat slip nor electricity at dock. No tie-up at dock for boats or jet skis, just kayaks. Owner needs to be notified of pet and follow pet policy. There is a $35 pet fee.

This peaceful and centrally-located place welcomes up to 4 guest. It is a two bedroom private apartment with parking for two cars at your door. It is in the lower level of our home which we have enjoyed caring for over the last 34 years. Close to downtown Harrisonburg, JMU and EMU. Eat in kitchen with comfortable seating in living room.
