At SCH our guests have exclusive access to our 16000 square foot Clubhouse offering complimentary daily continental breakfast and shared coworking spaces equipped with all the essentials you will need for on-the-road productivity. Our Clubhouse access includes state-of-the-art fitness center - resort style pool - game room - spa area with steam and sauna as well as a massage room. The Laughing King Retreat, Honeymoon Island Suite

The Laughing King Retreat is an adults only, organic waterfront farm situated directly on the peaceful waters of the Chesapeake Bay. Your private guest suite will enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, private waterfront pool, private beach, hiking trails, miles of soft sugar sand sandbars to explore and enjoy. Armistead House - Room 201 (2nd Floor)

This listing is for The Shelley Room at the historic Armistead House, which offers a total of 5 separate bedrooms. It is conveniently located within a short two block walk to the Colonial Williamsburg Historic District and its iconic Duke of Gloucester Street, museums, shopping and restaurants. It's also a short walk to The College of William & Mary and the Williamsburg Train Station. Leave your car in our free private parking lot and enjoy the short stroll to the heart of Williamsburg.

The Verde Suite at 249, Culpeper Downtown

A guest favorite—the Verde suite boasts a king bed with Italian linens, comfy robes, gas fireplace, balcony, large private ensuite with STEAM SHOWER, double vanity and more! This bright, cheery room overlooks the shops on Davis street and invites you to savor the views from its multiple windows. You can certainly see and feel the charm of the small town emanate from below. The Verde is located on the second floor of the hotel. No elevators. Must walk one flight of stairs to access room.

Haxall Suite - Strawberry Hill Petersburg

Stay a short walk but a world away from Petersburg's urban amenities in Strawberry Hill, a one-of-a-kind, lovingly restored home built in 1792. Once you arrive you will feel like you stepped into the 18th century. The Haxall Suite makes up the entire west wing of the second floor. Large, comfortable, and boasting lovely views of both the front and back of the property, this suite has a king bed, open sitting area around a historic hearth, private dressing room, and ensuite bathroom.

Joshua Wilton House - Room 1: The Study

This stunning Victorian bedroom overlooks our private patio and garden. Tall ceilings, exposed brick, and red walls give this spacious room a warm, cozy feel. Enjoy the king-sized bed, antique writing desk, and browse our book collection at your leisure. The bathroom features a shower/bathtub combination, one of only two bathtubs in the home. This is one of the largest out of our five rooms, so if you're looking for room to stretch out, look no further!

The William Harrison room is a great place to call home while you're visiting Old Town. On the third floor of the George, this room can accommodate up to 2 guests with its lush velvet headboard on king bed with small balcony and exterior circular staircase. The en suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and white subway tile and plush towels. Views of the back patio area and surrounding buildings.
