Prachtig huis in een zeer mooie buurt! Veel ruimte en authentiek interieur.

Es war okay

A few thoughts I would like to share

Pros:
- Host was very responsive
- Location was fantastic with lots of places to eat.
- Host was very flexible about checkout.
- Great for 2 or more families, considering the amount of space.
- Very accessible from Gardu Norde and Airport on RER B.
- It was very kind of her to leave some bread and Milk for us to get started.
- Bathrooms were clean.
- Beds and linen were clean.

Cons:
- Wifi coverage was not consistent. I think this location really benifit with Wifi extenders or additional access point along the hallway.
- The floor had quite a few broken wooden planks, which could be quite dangerous for children. I think they should be fixed.
- Laundry and Dryer though available were not clean. The lint filter of the dryer had not been cleaned for ages.
- Some of the extra duvets were quite dirty so we did not use them.

Apartamento situado en zona tranquila y bella de París. Bien comunicado. Amplio, cocina y muebles de gran calidad.
Tiene una serie de importantes carencias:
- Sucio al llegar, los cuartos de baño y especialmente la cocina. Sábanas bajeras sucias. Pedimos a la propietaria que lo limpiara. Tras la teórica limpieza, las sábanas seguían sucias, con las mismas manchas que habíamos observado antes. Tuvimos que lavarlas nosotros mismos y dormir dentro de la funda del edredón, con éste encima.
- Un dormitorio con puerta de cristales, sin intimidad para sus ocupantes. No tiene mesilla de noche ni armario.
-En la cocina faltan utensilios y equipamiento básico. Lavavajillas estropeado. Sin paño limpio para limpiar.
- Potencia de wifi muy limitada, es inútil.
- Sólo agua templada. Hay que ducharse con frío o no hacerlo.
- Sin poder usar uno de los WC porque se mojaba el piso de abajo. La vecina vino a advertirnos de ello muy afectada.

Piso con gran potencial sin limpieza ni equipamiento básico.
