Great Place to stay

Really enjoyed the size of the resort, awesome pool and hot tub. Marine and ocean just 1-2 minute walk for beautiful views and sunsets. Clean and very friendly staff along good free breakfast.

Overall we enjoined our stay and really liked the location; however, there were concerns at check in. I was told I would be charged an additional $270.00 “resort fee”. I advised the front desk that I would need to call the host. I walked outside to do so and she asked me to come back in and she said I would not have to pay the fee. I was assured I would not be charged. When I checked out, I looked and sure enough, they charged the additional fee. I had to speak to the manager to have this charge refunded. Additionally they first assigned me to a room with 2 beds (they said that was what I booked). I showed them the description of the room with one king bed and they accommodated me. Outside of this, we had a nice stay. The room was decent, as was the pool and area by the water. No restaurants or bars were opened at the resort while I was there. Thinking maybe because it was the off season.

- no watersports amenities or rentals
-fishing not allowed
-not 10 acres, mostly parking lot space .

"Jason" is an aweful host (Not entirely convinced hes even a real person). has no association with the venue. Has nice copy paste words but cannot actually help with anything, even info.

He booked wrong dates causing issues with checkin.

didnt have hot water for 3 days. finally after repeatedly asking staff to deal with it they finally moved us.
Hotel did try to compensate us 3 days resort fees due to this but jason completely avoided giving us this money back even tho it was returned to him as the 3rd party booker.

xtra resort fees even tho no amenities other then a pool, poorly maintained tennis courts, 4 bikes for all guests to share and avery very basic breakfast.

There is a dive shop and a good foodtruck,
within walking dist
