Great location, very close to OWU and central in downtown Delaware with cute cafe’s nearby and free downtown parking for the weekend right on the street.

Enjoyed our stay very much, great location and a fair price!

Stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding in the area. Unit was as described, convenient to the venue and walkable to area restaurants and bars. Despite not having dedicated parking spots, we had no issues finding close parking.

Alex was very attentive and responsive to our questions and the minor issues we had. The WiFi was slow and Alex took our request seriously and resolved the issue quickly. We were very happy as we were trying to work remotely periodically.
