Solid choice for staying near the strip, has everything you need and value is foof

At one point the garbage in the can under the stairs was not emptied for over a month. Whom ever you sent to clean it up did a half ass job and garbage was flying around also smelled disgusting. There were homeless people living by the dumpsters out back and almost as much garbage in the alleyway as a landfill. The laundry room was filthy and one dryer didn’t work and has probably fooled many guests into putting money in and then having to go to a laundromat to dry their clothes. There were cockroaches which is really gross! We hated every second we were there and would not wish that place on anyone else.

The apartment itself is just as described.
The good:
• Nice kitchen
• Comfortable bedroom
• Close to many places
The bad:
• Poor WiFi and cellular (T-Mobile especially)
• Trash wasn’t taken frequently enough
• The host is good but communication could’ve gone better (faster)

(This is not about the place itself, but don’t park your car anywhere except by the building! Someone tried to break into my car when I parked a little far)

Stayed for a month, no complaints and might stay again next time. As described. Host was responsive and helped quickly. Thanks so much!
