A friendly, helpful host and a great apartment just a couple of minutes' walk from the old town. Spotlessly clean and delightfully warm. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Pasamos con mi familia unos magníficos días en el alojamiento de Gestur. Su apartamento está muy bien ubicado y es muy acogedor, ademas de estar decorado con mucho gusto. Tuvo, asimismo, la delicadeza de darnos la bienvenida con unos detalles deliciosos. Estuvo tambien muy pendiente de nuestras consultas. Nos sentimos en casa. 6 estrellas para él.

We loved staying at Gestur's apartment and would rent it again. He was very attentive and helpful. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us visiting Iceland and using Reykjavik as our hub. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities that we needed. The City Center was in walking distance for great restaurants, shopping and near the harbor/waterfront. City Hall was 3 blocks away where many of the tour companies pick up passengers. We rented a car to use for sightseeing outside the city and the parking garage was a 2 minute walk. I highly recommend Gestur's place!
