Darla’s loft was the perfect stop on our trip through Colorado. It was peaceful and comfortable for us humans and the dogs loved the little fenced in dog area and barking at the deer who came through in the am. A lovely and remote spot!

Perfect place for us and our dog. Amazing views and there a great sunset while we were there. It was a really great area to explore. The stargazing opportunities are incredible! We loved having coffee on the deck and we felt like we had the property to ourselves most of the time.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting black canyon of the Gunnison. The proximity to the north rim can’t be overstated. The place is spacious and quiet. There were deer and turkeys wandering through the adjoining fields. I would stay here again.

This place was amazing! Really clean and calm. We missed the sunset but the sunrise was beautiful! The night sky looks gorgeous here. The place was perfect for us, including our dogs. Thanks.
