After hundreds of stays, this is my first bad review. In fact, I waited too long to comment on this, it's been 2 weeks and I thought I should write it.
This is the first thing I'll explain. I have photos and video footage of everything, and I've definitely sent them to airbnb, and I'll send them to anyone who wants them.

When I arrived at the room I had rented after a tiring day, I was given a room that bore no resemblance to the photos. Even worse, the bed sheets and pillows I was shown to sleep in were not made at all. They were not clean. They were all wrinkled and untidy.

I also recorded on camera the entirety of the conversation with a customer representative who was talking slantedly to other people staying in the house, and the aggressive and aggressive behavior she displayed.

This person absolutely should not be doing this. SHe also needs medical attention.
