Super accueil par Léonard, toujours serviable et disponible. La maison est à 1 minute à pied de la plage - idéal pour le surf - dans un quartier familial avec toutes les nécessités à proximité (pharmacie, supermarché, restaurants). Clim dans les chambres et hamac confortable sur le patio.

Manon’s place was the perfect location for Playa Carmen - a stone’s throw to the beach and great surf potential with a surf shop right next door for board rental.

It is noisy during the day but really quiet overnight. The kitchen is fully kitted out and we cooked there easily every night.

I would say that it’s hot. The bedroom AC is great but it would have been nice to have AC throughout - the temperature seems to just build and never quite dissipate.

That said, it really is a great location and very convenient for many reasons. If you’re travelling to Santa Teresa it’s a solid choice.

We stayed for three nights at the beach house and absolutely loved our stay. It was spotless clean, is very tastefully decorated, and provided ample space for our family of four. It is ideally situated, very close to the beach but also other facilities (excellent espresso across the street). We appreciated the ability to have access to playa Carmen and the busier happening Santa Teresa beaches but also be close to the quieter beaches towards mal Pais. With kids we absolutely loved Playa Hermosa, which is only a short drive away with nice options for food and coffee. The house was airy and cool despite the heat and we appreciated having AC in the bedrooms when needed. Leo was an excellent host and went out of his way to make sure we had all we needed and providing us with recommendations for what to do. Highly recommended!

Leo was amazing! He was so friendly and helpful and accommodating: The house was charming and It’s basically on the beach, literally 20 steps. Leo also owns the restaurant beside the property. I had my birthday dinner there and it was delicious!!! Definitely worth the money. Highly recommend. Nothing negative to say. Thank you Leo and to his partner! They’ve done a really nice job. 😊
