Extremely close to the subway station with easy links to the main areas of Tokyo. The apartment did the job of needing a place to sleep after being out for most of the day. Great value for money

This is an overpriced efficiency apartment. The basics are here but nothing more than the bare minimums. The curtains are too thin to allow the apartment to ever get dark. The building looks abandoned. The front business is closed a full of trash. The door entering the building was always open and had no security whatsoever. Hallway into the building was filled with trash the entire week we were there. The host was pre-occupied with us honoring the check out time sending 3 warning messages even after we sent our flight info with a departure 4 hours before the check out time. When we arrived at the check in time we did not find the key box as promised. While waiting out front of the building, one of the hosts walked out of the building without saying a word to the 6 Americans with luggage standing in the doorway of the building leaving us to stand their for another 30 minutes before we realized the intentional slight and checked the unit’s door again. I asked the host for a number for a possible airport shuttle that could fit my family because our flight was too early for the trains. And received an terse and dismissive reply to take the train. Apologized for contacting her and received a reply that a taxi would be too expensive for me. Wow! Would avoid if you can.

Pro
A couple min. Walk from the Morishita station, just across from a convenient store and a laundry place, and bunch of cheap options to eat in the area. A grocery store was about 7 min walk away.
There is a 7-eleven ATM where you can withdraw Japanese yen from Foreign cards so that came in handy.
Nice space for the price for Tokyo. Towels and linens were clean and bed was on the harder side but that’s how we like it usually so it was plenty comfortable for us.

Con
There were a pile of messy trash in the entrance and staircase was dark at night a lot of the times so we had to use our cellphone light to make sure where we were walking.
We only contacted the host once during our stay and that was when the sink wasn’t draining well from the beginning. We heard no reply so we had to figure out how to clean on our own. No biggie but would have been nice to hear back.

Very good location and great directions to get to the room. Very easy to check in and check out. It's easy to get to the station and so much to do in the area!
