Great place, Thomas was a lovely host and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had the most special time staying at Villa Sedeoen. We were so fortunate to have the owner Tom there during our stay. His hospitality was far beyond anything we could have hoped for. It was a real pleasure and made our holiday extra special. And we cannot begin to say enough about his manager Dorce and the staff. They all really made us feel right at home and we will miss them. Without all of Dorce’s hard work and assistance our trip could have been spoiled. She saved the day by tracking down our lost surfboard in Kupang and arranging for it to get shipped and delivered to us at the Villa. She also made arrangements to get it shipped back when we were leaving. We will always be very grateful to Dorce. The staff was excellent at taking care of us and cleaning the room daily. Dorce and the girls prepared wonderful delicious meals whenever we wanted. Thank you so much again for having the special Rotanese dance and musicians. We cannot wait to come back next year.

We enjoyed every minute at Thomas' place. The location is perfect, right off the beach with access to many great surfspots for all conditions/levels within walking distance. Very friendly staff and host! They would even help us set up a surprise birthday party for one of our group, which turned out to be the absolute highlight of our trip.
Absolutely looking forward to returning to this little (big!) piece of paradise...
