My friend and I really enjoyed the space. Plenty of room, the pull out bed worked great, and the location is close enough to downtown with our car.
The fire alarm change battery beep would not stop going off every minute the first night - not directly anyone’s fault but should have been checked before our stay.
The bathroom sink soap felt watered down as well.
The HVAC system wasn’t working (as listed) which was disappointing for the price we paid.
Those are minor things to us however, which is why we still highly rate this Airbnb.

We enjoyed our stay at Tim and Cherie’s place! The location is fantastic — just steps away from Little Italy with plenty of great restaurants, bars, and easy access to downtown. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated receiving the detailed instructions well in advance.

That said, a few minor hiccups kept this from being a full 5-star stay. The floor was quite sticky, so we couldn’t comfortably walk during our stay. The amenities were a bit limited — there were only a few utensils, and body wash and hand soap hadn’t been restocked initially (though Tim and Cherie were quick to help once we mentioned it). While there’s a washer and dryer available, it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time that guests need to bring their own detergent. Lastly, the house is on the flight path and you can hear some movement inside, but this didn’t bother us much.

Great hosts with a very convenient location.

We had an amazing time staying here. We did a late last minute book and they were extremely responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would love to stay here again.
