We much enjoyed Miao's appartment, where we stayed for 3 nights with 2 persons. There is one very spacious sleeping room and one smaller one, everything is very clean and overall the apartment is well equipped with a very complete kitchen and a bath, etc. The neighbourhood is quiet, the neighbours in the building are friendly and there are multiple restaurant options, bars and supermarkets nearby. We didn't meet Mrs Miao in person because we checked in very late and checked out very early, but her communication and instructions were very clear, friendly and she answered all our questions very fast always. We can happily recommend visitors who are looking for a complete appartment to rent Mrs Miao's place! :)

Miao’s place was very spacious! We loved staying here and it was super clean. Miao Met with us at check in to give us the keys. I only speak English so there was a small language barrier and some confusion with the address but that’s my fault for not speaking German in Germany. The location is walking distance from the train station and a bit further but still walking distance to tourist attractions. The WiFi was excellent. We found ourselves wishing there was a tv for when we were bedding down or waking up though. This was overall an excellent experience in Berlin.

Miao’ place is located in a quiet block very close to the huge park. The place is safe. It fits 4 of us comfortably. Main attractions are within walking distance approximately 20 to 40 mins away. High ceiling with huge toilet and a big bonus on the toilet heating floor. Basic kitchen utilities, washing machine and dryer offer convenience to travellers. You can find affordable food at the central station which is about 12 mins walk. The unit though officially listed as 2nd floor, is actually physically located on the 3rd floor. You have to struggle with large luggages. Overall, it is a decent place which I have no hesitation to come back again.
