Our stay at Tom's Airbnb was pleasant overall. While we initially had some difficulty accessing the property, Tom was responsive and helped resolve the issue promptly. Once inside, we found the space to be clean and well-maintained, which made our week-long stay very comfortable. The area was also nice, offering a peaceful environment that we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you, Tom, for hosting us!

It was great, just think the price was to high with all the taxes

The unit was just what we needed and expected based on the photos. The location is very walkable with tons of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Having a grocery store in walking distance was nice, too. Tom was quick to respond when the garbage disposal broke and was leaking. He sent maintenance within 12 hours and they replaced it. It was a pleasant stay!

Spacious, clean, and excellently located in Ballston (metro right across the street as well as the mall). The severe lack in water pressure was the only issue that kept this from being 5 stars
