The cottage is very nice, comfortable and clean. Loved the kitchen, lots of counter space. They provided a well-stocked kitchen plus many extras. It is so convenient, very close to shopping and restaurants, there is a nice beautiful park about a block away for walking. Nice and quiet neighborhood, large fenced in backyard. Julie is so helpful and nice, would definitely recommend staying there

Julie is an excellent host. The property was exactly what we wanted for this visit. It was super clean and plenty big enough for two people. We also used the outdoor space and Julie even allowed us to pick some of her tomatoes. We’d have no hesitation recommending this.

This was such an excellent choice for our stay. We were visiting the area, including Denver, Golden, and Morrison, and this place is conveniently located for all of those destinations. There was enough room for two of us to comfortably work from the Airbnb and explore after the workdays and on the weekends. The house is roomy, comfortable, and well stocked.

Olde Town Arvada is an easy, short walk and has plenty of restaurant options. It also has a train station which we used to get to downtown Denver for a baseball game. It was a convenient and affordable option. Julie is a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this place!
