I began my chef journey at the age of 15 in Italy. While attending the culinary school for 5x years, I was working evening and weekends at local restaurants in my hometown which is located 30x minuted from Rome city centre. Driven by the desire to learn English, at the age of 19, I left Italy and moved to the UK and lived there for 7 years. At the age of 26, I came to Australia; initially in Queensland and then Sydney ever since.
