We were really disappointed in this place. We are both native to Austin and AirBnB hosts, so we know what it means to have a space that is welcoming and clean for guests and this place was not it. Some of the issues we encountered:

Cigarette butts in the back - this is supposed to be a nonsmoking property, but they were EVERYWHERE.
Major bathroom issues - Bleached towels and rug, towels that smell like mildew and tons of mold under the caulking around the tile and tub. There was also visible water damage around the frame of the bathroom door.
Giant gaps in doors - because of this we watched a GIANT cockroach crawl through the space on our first day. The front door also would not open because the house had shifted so bad.
The air circulation in the house is horrible. One bedroom was 15+ degrees warmer that the other. And they seemed to have the controls locked because we couldn't turn the fan off and it ran all day long.

This place needs some serious TLC. Would not stay here again!
