Tolle Unterkunft, alles tipptopp und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Alles was man braucht für ein paar Tage Berlin. Ruhige Lage und dennoch gut angebunden. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und proaktiv, wir waren bestens auf den Aufenthalt vorbereitet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

les lits étaient confortables. La luminosité suffisante alors que c'est un appartement au rez de chaussée.
l'emplacement est parfaitement desservi par les transports en commun et a proximité de supermarchés pour faire des courses.
nous conseillons sans hésiter!!!

I will just start by saying this place was extremely overpriced for the experience we had. The bathroom had a smell and was not clean, the floors were noticeably dirty and a simple vacuum does not do much. The place should’ve been mopped, & should have been paid more attention to detail which was very much needed. It was also extremely far from everything, the traffic was too much, and a lot of red light stops. What seems 15 minutes away from everything actually took 30 minutes sometimes even more. I do not recommend staying here, save your money and book elsewhere. The door outside to get in was extremely difficult to jabber and get open, there was noise non-stop from the neighbours at 4 am sometimes 5am which made it extremely difficult to sleep. The towel situation was unbearably dirty, even after washing it, still had a smell. Might have been the worst Airbnb experience I have had. We stayed 1 week and it was not equipped well for that long.
