went for boys trip. great airbnb-secluded and quiet but close to everything. Holistika hotel is nearby and awesome. Road itself out front was empty-only a few residentials next door-but property is well fenced with barbed wire. property in great shape and luxurious-host was very responsive. would def stay again.

We had a wonderful time at the Villa. I would like to highlight that the host as well as the staff at the house took very good care of us which really stood out. Everything was taken care of. The host was really one of the nicest we have been in touch with. The villa has a great location and from our experience in Tulum, it is very comfortable to reach and you dont have to navigate through the bumpy roads like most of the places here - big plus!
One thing to note: the house is divided into living room/kitchen and the rooms are located separately. They are not connected within the same building and you take the stairs outside in order to reach them.

We had the best weekend at Oscar’s villa! The place was absolutely beautiful — modern, clean, and spacious, with plenty of sunshine on the rooftop pool to soak up during the day. We felt completely safe as a group of 10 girls, and loved that there were convenience stores and cute cafes just a short walk away.

Oscar was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He coordinated an unforgettable private chef experience for us — the food was absolutely delicious and he made sure all our food allergies were accommodated with care. He also helped arrange airport transportation, making everything smooth and stress-free.

We truly felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend this place for any group looking for a relaxing, fun, and seamless Tulum getaway!
