Great hosts and clean rental and centrally located spot in the Crown Point neighborhood. Bikes were an added bonus and easy to connect with the nearby bike path. Great stay!

Awesome stay in an easy, safe location - particularly enjoyed having the cruiser bikes to explore the boardwalk at sun set. Free EV charging was a huge perk too! Otherwise Kai and Bev were unfortunately out of town during the stay but were still excellent, present hosts throughout the weekend. Would definitely return and stay here for future trips!

The place was great. But on Friday night, there was a party outdoors with lots of loud music until 10 PM and on Saturday night there was a noisy loud talking party that continued probably until two or three. This was of course not the fault of Kai. On Friday night we danced about 5 minutes to the music outside, trying to get into the spirit of it, then took a long walk along the water. Which was lovely. Later we learned that our own dancing in the apartment disturbed out neighbors below us. I am sorry for that. All in all we had a lovely workshop and training vacation while there.

We enjoyed our stay in Tropical Beach and loved the truly tropical interior, the well equipped kitchen and bathroom and the wonderful outside area with lots of beautiful plants and areas to sit and relax. Very near to downtown but very peaceful and quiet the apartment is well located to discover San Diego and surrounding areas as well as the beaches nearby.
A very wonderful place to stay.
