Had a great experience. Would love to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Mara's! The location is great and close to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. The only thing that did not live up to expectations was the shower head did not work in one of the bathrooms, and we were unable to work either of the TVs. It would be very helpful to include instructions for these devices. Due to our brief stay, we did not contact the owner regarding these issues, but overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Condo (~600sqft) very well located close to Old Town. Felt very safe walking to/from there, even at night. Stayed 2 months. Check-in/out very easy. Complex as a whole quiet & clean. 2 gas grills in pool area worked very well; people we met at grill very friendly. However, we could easily hear people in the apt above as they walked, moved chairs, wheeled luggage, did laundry, opened/closed the patio door. Bed was comfortable, but super squeaky which made sleeping through the night difficult. Plenty of tp, kitchen/bath soaps/shampoos (no laundry detergent). There are 4 place settings, lots of glasses and mugs, necessary pots/pans. We bought a mixing bowl, colander, dish drying rack, dinner knives, full set of measuring spoons/cups for our extended stay. Unit was "hotel clean" (animal hair on mattress pad, under couch, on lampshade, etc.); required several pails of water to mop floor clean. Assigned covered parking conveniently located very near the unit and visible from bedroom window.

Mara was very helpful and so easy to get in touch with. The only negatives were issues with the WIFI which she helped us with and we had to wash the bathroom rugs when we first got there. That is a housekeeping issue and I am sure she knew nothing about it. Other than that the location was great and very easy to get to from our family's home.
