Great location. Everything was exactly as described in the posting. No surprises, great value.

Magic's building is very cute! we had a first floor unit that look like the pictures. magic was very responsive and when I let him know that the bed frame was broken, descoverd at day two he immediately came and set up a new one!
the neighbors are very loud. listening to music blasting all day. several times yelling at each other. The smoke detector is a top close to the bathroom and will set the fire alarm off when showering.
It seems like the place could use some more cosmetic repairs, but overall the unit suited our needs! would recommend for the future!

It’s a small studio but it has everything you need! A small kitchen area, bathroom and a huge bed! I feel it can do better on cleanliness, the floor was dusty and there’s some leftover water in the fridge but it doesn’t bother me too much. Overall, great location and place for the price!
