The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, cozy and comfy. My husband, our dog, and I stayed for a month (our last month before leaving Dallas). We loved the location (15 minutes walking distance to Greenville, where there are lots of shops and restaurants). It's in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by beautiful houses that we really enjoyed seeing during our walks with the dog. Also, it's very comfortable for working, as the desk and chairs are well set up. Both Gregory and Taylor were very kind and willing to help.

If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the backyard could use a bit more maintenance, but without a doubt, I would stay here again.

Was the perfect long term stay for me during this summer! Great location being only about 10 minutes outside the center of Dallas, but still being a quiet and pretty neighborhood. Loved walking to the park at the lake a little over a mile away. The Airbnb was stocked with all the essentials and cooking equipment I needed and the hosts were extremely responsive as well. I really recommend this Airbnb to any single or couple staying in Dallas!

We needed 1 night during the week with flexibility on number of guests (1 was unsure at booking due to a family members health). 6 guests would be extremely tight in regard to sleeping arrangements, but would be doable. This worked well for what we needed and Gregory allowed us an hour earlier check in so we could change for an afternoon wedding.

Gregory was a great host! He had great communication and gave us a great recommendation on local hiking spots. We highly enjoyed our stay!
