Charming apartment with nice decor across the street on the lake. We liked the location - nice to walk to town. The bed was very comfortable and we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. We liked how the place was decorated and were able to have a nice dinner with family. Our host met us and brought us a pasta bowl for use. We would like to stay here again when we come back to visit this quaint little town on the lake.

Wir haben neun Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren im Allgemeinen sehr zufrieden. Hervorzuheben ist die äusserst zentrale Lage und der Balkon, welcher direkt auf den See ausgerichtet ist. So kann man dort gut ein Buch lesen oder ein Kaffee trinken. Der Balkon nach hinten, bei den Schlafzimmern, ist viel ruhiger und ebenfalls sehr sonnig, vorwiegend am Nachmittag. Obwohl Carla sagte es sei ein Problem das Auto zu parkieren, haben wir fast immer auf Anhieb einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus oder in naher Gehdistanz an der Promenade gefunden. Da wir keine Italiener sind, war das Abfallsystem für uns eine Herausforderung. Aber auch hier hat uns Karla sehr gut geholfen. Unser Hund hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt und die Sonnenstunden auf dem Balkon genossen und von dort aus die Leute beobachtet. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Wohnung an bester zentraler Ufer-Promenade-Lage in Stresa. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Lilya fue una excelente anfitriona. Nos recibió cuando llegamos muy amablemente y nos mostró el lugar y contó que hacer en los alrededores . El apartamento pequeño pero muy bien equipado, limpio y organizado. Además nos dejó un paquete de fideos y aceite de oliva con una salsa para preparar para cenar ya que habíamos arribado tarde y los mercados estarían cerrados . El lugar es muy tranquilo, para relajarse , pero si quieres conocer Arona por ejemplo una hermosa ciudad no muy lejos y que se llega re fácil con el auto ( eso sí)

We had a truly wonderful week at Carla's place in the heart of Stresa. The location is perfect, on the main lakefront boulevard, with beautiful views out over the lake and very central, everything is walkable. Parking for free was also surprisingly easy, just 50-100m further down the road there are plenty of parking spaces and we had no problems parking later in the evenings, we were out most days so never tried during the day. Apartment is very pleasant and well equipped with everything you need for a family of 4. Carla was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place.

Very nice apparment. It was super quiet. The bed is big and comfy. We had only little sunshine during our stay, but on our first morning we had our breakfast in the sun on the lovely little balcony. There are nice restaurants around the corner and also in the villages next to Lesa. Because of the colder temperatures we switched on the heating which worked perfectly. Also I want to mention that Patrizia was the most friendly and flexible host. We had mixed up the dates from our booking and she was super friendly and helped us to solve the problem. Thanks a lot!! Tipp: Should you travel by (big) car. Google Maps made us drive through the tiny very narrow roads in the village. Even though you can easily approach the apartment via the big road along the lake. So choose the big road when you drive there. ;)

Posizione stratosferica! A 20 metri dal lago! Un giardino stupendo per passare la giornata la fresco! Casa d’epoca e molto accogliente! Letti molto comodi, cucina ben fornita e competa di tutto. Doccia molto bella! Parcheggio davanti alla casa!

Our visit to Marta’s place was relaxing and enjoyable. We spent two nights there and decided to eat in both nights because of the location and facilities. Marta even sorted out the barbecue for us. Lots of nice touches milk, juice,breakfast stuff all available upon our arrival. A very relaxing stop in a busy area of the lake.

Foi uma excelente experiência, a acomodação muito limpa e organizada. A cada é completamente composta de tudo que precisa. Matias sempre pronto para responder a qualquer questão. Com certeza uma das melhores experiências até agora.

Es war wieder ein toller Aufenthalt bei Marco. Alles wie beschrieben und gemütlich. Der Blick von Terrasse und Garten auf den See war auch im Winter wundervoll. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit!

The place is great, met all of our expectations and needs - it was just as described and then some.

L'appartement d'Alessandro est très joliment décoré, propre et bien agencé. La résidence, située au coeur d'un vaste et magnifique parc, est très agréable et calme. L'appartement se situe non loin du centre ville de Stresa, une jolie petite cité d'où l'on peut partir pour visiter les magnifiques îles Borromées. La communication avec Alessandro est facile, il transmet des informations précises et reste joignable à tout moment. Tout est organisé pour rendre le séjour agréable. Nous le remercions pour son sympathique accueil. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce bel endroit au bord du Lac Majeur.

We hebben het heel fijn gehad in het huis van Verena. Wij waren een gezelschap van 6, gezin met tienerkinderen en grootouders. Het uitzicht vanuit het huis en het terras is fantastisch. Het zwembad was heel fijn, ook met prachtig uitzicht en het bood de nodige verkoeling. Genoten van de prachtige plek. We komen graag terug

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Sicht auf die Borromäischen Inseln war jeden Morgen ein zusätzlicher Stimmungsaufheller. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ideal für 3 Personen. Francesca besticht durch ihre sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und „enge“ Kommunikation.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht auf den See. Wer gut zu Fuß ist ist in 2 Minuten am Badestrand. Die Lage an sich ist sehr zentral zwischen Pettenasco und Omegna. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man zu viert braucht, ist sauber, freundlich und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Wann immer wir fragen hatten war jemand zur Stelle. Vielen Dank für alles

Wir wurden schon sehr herzlich von Liz begrüßt, sie gibt einem sehr viele wertvolle Empfehlungen, was zu sehen ist, wo man gut essen kann usw. Sie ist für Fragen immer schnell zu erreichen, eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön direkt am See, von der überdachten Terrasse aus blickt man wunderbar darüber. Bei schönem Wetter kann man den privaten Strand nutzen. Trotz der guten Lage ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Man erreicht mit dem Auto problemlos alle Hotspots des Lagos, oder man nimmt das Schiff vom 1,7 km entfernten Hafen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, man hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne mal wieder.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Silvia, il est extrêmement bien équipé, bien situé et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions qui nous attendaient ( tout pour le petit déjeuner...). D’autre part, la présence d'un kayak et de vélos est un vrai plus, ainsi que la place de parking privative. Silvia est une hôte serviable, discrète et très sympathique.Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce logement.

Nice appartment, modern, clean and well equipped. Private access to the lake although it is shared with 2 other appartments on the same site. Will definitely go back.
