Nearest walkable park. Has fields for soccer, tag, etc, a really good playground, public bathrooms, and, further down the block, public tennis and basketball courts.

10 minute walk to big grass lawn/picnic benches, kids playground, indoor b-ball/v-ball gym, outdoor b-ball, tennis, handball, baseball field. Across street from rooftop soccer fields/clubhouse.

A big playground, best to visit in the late morning or afternoon. Sand and big playstructures, plus, you can check out the iconic North Park water tower.
