Well worth the short trip to Galatone. Expect about 7 courses of local hearty food usually for about €30 inc vino. Very popular.

As is common in Salento, this restaurant has no menu. Instead, they serve the same 7-9 course menu all season, which allows them to do it to perfection. Carmella and husband source the best local ingredients and create a unique and delicious series of dishes served in a welcoming and casual setting.

Non esiste un menù alla carta e lo chef propone direttamente i suoi piatti. Consiglio assolutamente di provare il maialino. Utilizzano prodotti e ricette della tradizione. Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente favorevole.
