Secretly and surprisingly delicious! Closed Mondays. Try the Lisa Bowl. Or the Iced Salted Caramel Latte. Or the Breakfast Sandwich with ham. Or the Mic Mic. The best coffee/tea shop option nearby - great food and espresso drinks. Service is not quick, but there is a cute courtyard to sit in while you wait. Prices are very affordable. Within walking distance.
