A medieval castle with world famous frescos! Here you can travel back in time, see the first button (huge invention in the medieval times), dancers of medieval King Arthur and his friends. Really worth a trip. Reachable with a shuttle bus, bike or on a wonderful, easy walking path.

Runkelstein erreicht man in ca. 45min. von Tramin aus. Es liegt am Taleingang des Sarntales und ist eine wunderschöne Burganlage mit unglaublich schönen Fresken, verschiedenen Ausstellungen, Veranstaltungen und einem sehr guten Burgrestaurant. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Breve passeggiata adatta anche a famiglie ma non ai passeggini. Arrivati al Castello si può effettuare una visita guidata e ristorarsi alla trattoria.

Castel Roncolo sorge all'imbocco della Val Sarentino, ma è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla città o con la navetta gratuita che in stagione turistica collega il centro città con il castello. Castello medioevale di particolare interesse anche per le sue sale affrescate.
